"For a cheap style hotel located on the far outskirts of Hanoi it was surprisingly good. The rooms are large, air-conditioned and have two big double beds (hard matresses) and a small private bathroom (a bit run down but good hot water). Room even has a smart TV....but that's about it. Located in a very quiet street but very limited food options, especially after dark. We used it as a stop over from Cat Ba to SaPa which was ideal. Much better than the over populated and way too busy Hanoi Old...

"Would have been okay for the price, but the AC was not capable of cooling the room. The room was very hot, plus the AC dropped water drops on the bed, right at face level. We informed management and were told nothing could be done. Give this, we left after the first night and were not reimbursed for the remaining night."
