Great location! Right around the Duomo. That's the good part...We didn't received the email for the arrival informations as it was mentionned..We tried to contact them to indicate our arrival on the Vrbo app and they didn't wanted to give the infos on the Vrbo app! It's wasn't until they finally gave us the WhatsApp number of our local contact that we got to know as little as possible the informations. The welcoming was expeditive and we felt that we bothered him. That's for the arrival.Now for the staying... I don't know if they mopped the floor before our arrival but all the floor was wet as they were some puddles of water all around the appartement. It stayed like that for all our stay even if we wiped... (See pictures) The humidity was like hell (78%)... you know you can buy a dehumidificator... As of that weren't enough, the shower door wasn't fully water proof.. So we lived in a lake for 4 days. Finally, the appartment was missing some essentials like a toaster, dishwasher tablet and toillet paper.It's a shame because if it wasn't for that, it would be a perfect appartment.

Good location, good property mgmt. very close to main walk around for Cathedral, fort, restaurants, shops. Only neg is no wi-Fi, a/c, shower door leaks water on bath floor.

The air conditioning did not work, and it was locked under plastic box. Called management and they said there were fans available in apartment. Shower was small and water got onto entire bathroom floor. Stefano was great in meeting up with us and letting us in apartment. Bed was comfortable

Excellent Location To Galleria & Downtown

Within walking distance of numerous restaurants, pharmacy, grocer & Galleria. Stylish finish, especially nice bathroom.Things missing: 1. Tv not connected to internet2. Italian electrical appliances don’t remain plugged in. They fall out and have to be held in place for appliances to work.3. HVAC turned off and locked thermostat4. Was never able to turn on dishwasher5. No paper towels or napkins6. Couldn’t figure out how to turn on bathroom towell warmer.7. Lacks professional decorating

pleasant stay, apt opens on quiet courtyard, modern and well equipped. Kitchen well equipped except for missing a pair of scissors. One electrical socket was not working. Excellent for the rest.

Quartier hyper central mais peu vivant ce qui est bien pour le calme. Seul point, l’eau du robinet n’est pas buvable (goût d’eau croupie) et il faut prévoir des bouteilles d’eau

Perfect size and location for us!

Description was accurate, the location could not have been more central or perfect for what we were looking for. Very clean with an amazing shower. The place is perfect for two people, extremely quiet, and centrally located to shopping and all of the neighborhoods. Highly recommend and i will definitely consider for future visits.
