Living room and kitchen

The spacious and modern living area features a corner sofa, a flat-screen TV and a coffee table with two seats. From the living area, one passes into the kitchen which features a table with six seats and major appliances. The room is completely furnished in a modern style and has a brand new induction hob.



Rooms and bathrooms

From the first floor one reaches the three bedrooms on the upper floor, thanks to the stairs in the corridor joining the living room and kitchen. The first room on the right consists of two single beds, a walk-in wardrobe and an en-suite bathroom with a shower cubicle and toilet. Opposite the first bedroom is the second, also equipped with two single beds, at the foot of which is a built-in wardrobe on which rests a flat-screen television. Between the two rooms is a second bathroom, also equipped with a shower cubicle and all the necessary furnishings. Opposite the latter is the third bedroom, which consists of two further single beds, separated by a large wardrobe. The third bathroom, on the other hand, is located on the ground floor and consists of a shower cubicle, a washbasin with a large mirror and the necessary sanitary fittings.

For your arrival, you can choose between a free self-check-in or an assisted check-in with extra fee. Please tell us the type of check-in you prefer. If not communicated, only the Self Check-in will be available. The assisted check-in is available on request with extra fee from 3.00 p.m. to 12.00 a.m.

You can enter the apartment by yourself from 3.00 p.m.

The standard Check-out time is up to 11.00 am.



2. ASSISTED CHECK-IN: SERVICE WITH FEE

If you prefer to be welcomed by a member of our staff, you can communicate it during your booking. We remind you that we don\'t have a reception, so we need to know the time of your arrival before 12.00 a.m. of your check-in day. Assisted check-in have an extra cost and it is available only from 3.00 p.m. to 12.00 a.m



RULES TO BE OBSERVED

-Compliance with the house rules is compulsory.

-It is forbidden for persons other than those listed in the reservation to stay overnight.

-Credit card required for pre-authorisation of 50€. The full amount will be released to your account within 3 days after check-out.
