The apartment is spread over two levels and offers cozy, well-maintained spaces.

On the first floor, there is a bright living room with a TV and a comfortable dining area, adjacent to a small kitchen. The living room opens onto a private terrace, furnished with a small table—an intimate retreat.

In the living room, there is a comfortable sofa bed that can be transformed into a bed for two additional guests, providing extra space and comfort during your stay.

The modern bathroom is equipped with a shower and a washing machine, ensuring a comfortable stay.

The bedroom is located on the upper floor, accessible via an internal staircase—an intimate and quiet space enhanced by windows overlooking the rooftops of Milan, creating a unique and charming atmosphere.

The apartment features Wi-Fi, perfect for remote work or staying connected during your stay.

We remind you that, in compliance with current regulations, the registration of all guests staying in the apartment is mandatory (including minors). Before your arrival, you will be asked to complete a short form, which will help us organize your check-in in the best possible way.The following check-in options are available:

“Flexibility” Option

You can collect the keys free of charge at the Hostmate offices, located near the Central Station, from 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

“Book an Appointment” Option

The keys are delivered directly at the apartment between 3:00 p.m. and 12:00 a.m.

This service involves an additional fee, depending on the arrival time:

From 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.: €15 (VAT included)

Late check-in from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.: €20 (VAT included)

Late check-in from 9:00 p.m. to 12:00 a.m.: €40 (VAT included)
