We were very happy with our stay. Friendly staff, Great location. Hearty and fresh breakfast. Comfortable and clean room with nice A/C. The reason we gave it a 4 Star was that the hotel’s main telephone line was out of order. We had a late flight and would not be able to check-in until 12am the following day (check-in ends at 11:00 pm). We were not able to notify the hotel directly by the phone while waiting for our flight at the airport. We tried to message the hotel through Expedia website ourselves. It stated that sometimes it can take a few days for the host to respond the message. Finally we reached out to the Expedia agent. She was able to message the hotel directly about our situation. We learned our lesson. We just have to plan everything out ahead of time in the future.
