On the first floor is located the living area with a kitchen equipped with all comforts (dishwasher, microwave oven, induction hobs) and a table: The living room is furnished with a double sofa bed and a TV. The French door that opens onto the small terrace makes the room very bright. A storage area with a wardrobe leads to the bathroom with washing machine and shower cubicle. A spiral staircase leads to the upper floor, where there is the second bathroom, and the double bedroom with wardrobe and a desk for working comfortably from home. From Bovisa station (a few minutes' walk away) there are frequent connections to Centrale, Porta Garibaldi and Cadorna stations, as well as all the stops on the urban railway link (Passante ferroviario). From Bovisa station also direct connections with train to Milano Malpensa airport. The yellow underground station of Dergano is about a 15-minute walk.
