THE SPACE
Stay in a marvellous penthouse in the historic city centre a stone's throw from Piazza Duomo, located on the top floor with lift of an elegant building. The heart of the space is the living area, composed of a large living room and a kitchen with a central island, surrounded by a balcony that illuminates every room. The minimal and modern furnishings provide an elegance that remains consistent also in the other areas of the penthouse, such as the three bedrooms (two doubles and a single) and the three spacious bathrooms. The same elegance can be seen in the particular glass spiral staircase, which leads to a splendid partially covered terrace that allows one to enjoy the view of the city in every season. Wi-Fi (fibre), hairdryer, washing machine, oven, bed linen, dishwasher complete the house.

- In the event of failure to complete the online check-in form, the documents must be provided either via the booking channel chat or via whatsapp the day before check-in.
- In case of non-delivery of identification documents, ENTRANCE IN THE APARTMENT WILL NOT BE PERMITTED.
- Check-in is from 15:00 to 21:00
- The supplement for late check-in after 21:00 is 30€.
- The supplement for late check-in after 24:00 is 50€
- Late check-out, if possible, until 1pm costs 30€, from 1pm to 4pm costs 50€, from 4pm to 7pm costs 70€
