Not as Advertised
After driving 11 hours we arrived at the apartment only to find the grass was not cut and high, house had several large spiders in the apartment hanging from the ceiling in webs and in the bathroom (killed most of them and bought Lysol to spray in hopes to help run the rest away, my wife slept in car because of this), food splattered all behind stove, pot holders hanging had something all over them, water had strong sulfer smell and toilet did not want to flush and started spraying out…did eventually stop but was leaking at hose, laundry room was nasty.. would not wash my clothes in there. We decided to leave and rent somewhere else. Host did come out to inspect and sent pest service to spray but told us he did not notice any spiders and toilet was simple issue and would only refund 110.00. He basically implied we were making it up. After driving 11 hours why would I want to make something up to have to try and relocate. We were at a family reunion and this apartment would have put us close to our family. Would not recommend this to anyone. Host does not care about making things right.
