  • Everything in this brand-new luxury apartment is designed for a delightful and relaxing stay. Enjoy the panoramic views of the golf course, mountains, and sea from the spacious garden. Take a dip, work out in the fitness center, or unwind in the exclusive SPA at the intimate Ipanema Resort. Located just 10 minutes from the picturesque coastal village of La Cala de Mijas with its expansive beach, excellent restaurants, and bars. Situated between Malaga (25 min.) and Marbella (15 min.) for a complete vacation or a golf trip.



    The Ipanema Complex

    The Ipanema Resort is a new small-scale complex with excellent central amenities accessible (free of charge) to tenants; 2 outdoor pools, a gym, and a SPA with a heated pool, sauna, steam room, and changing rooms. The complex is a gated community, with the concierge present at the main entrance for a significant part of the day. Through this entrance, you have access to the complex and can park your car in the designated spot near the apartment.



    The Apartment

    A stylishly furnished spacious apartment with 2 bedrooms and 2 luxury bathrooms on the ground floor. The kitchen is part of the large living room that opens directly to the spacious terrace garden. Relax here on the lounge sofa, sunbeds, and outdoor table. You\'ll enjoy a stunning and panoramic view of the golf course, mountains, and sea. The house is perfect for a family as well as a group of friends. The beds feature luxurious thick mattresses and can be placed together or separately as desired.



    Golf

    La Cala de Mijas is renowned for its excellent golf courses. You only need to walk 400 meters to reach the entrance of La Calanova Golf. It is a beautiful 18-hole course suitable for players of all levels.



    La Cala de Mijas

    A traditional Spanish white village located right on the coast. It boasts a vibrant atmosphere with a variety of shops, restaurants, bars, and cafes. One of the popular attractions is the weekly market in La Cala, usually held on Wednesdays and Saturdays.
