Amazing Villa

Beautiful home, spacious and incredible views. Location was a pleasant surprise. Bars and restaurants just a 5 min walk. Beach bars located closely as well. Plus a 5 min taxi takes you to a more lively area. Really recommend this Villa. Has everything you need for a great holiday.

Property is amazing, great location easy to find. Nice pool area, big kitchen and nice rooms with AC if needed. Overall extremely happy and anytime we had a question or an issue the property management got back with me in a couple minutes. Loved this Villa highly recommended!!

This is a large home in a great location

9 of us stayed at this property for 2 weeks in July 2024, ages 9, 14 and 20-65. Wilrik is a very pleasant and helpful host and always made himself available timely, from booking through post stay. Marissa was on site support and quick to respond when contact once we arrived. We used GoogleTranslate to text her in Spanish. The location was great. We could walk to the beach and it was easy to get to groceries/pharmacies. There are a multitude of restaurants nearby. It was easy to get to Seville, Granada, Ronda (very windy roads), El Caminito del Rey and back in a day and still enjoy the house. The pool was really nice. Sun in the morning and shade in the late afternoon. We had a really nice view of the sea and of mountains from the pool and patio. The main area was large and bright. The 2 upper sleeping rooms had wonderful sea views, a master and another sleeping room. The sleeping room is a passthrough to get to the master and the master bath can be shared. On the main floor, there are two sleeping rooms and three bathroom areas. In the apartment there are two sleeping rooms and a shared bathroom and a bit less natural light. The elevator is so wonderful to use for getting groceries, cooler and daytrip items and luggage up and down. The property is relaxing with beautiful summer flowering bushes and trees around the pool and patio. Wilrik provides plenty of information about what is in the area and information about the rental house.

50th Trip

We had a fantastic stay at the villa for two of our groups 50th birthday celebrations. We had paid for pool heating and was so worth it the temperature in the mornings was so warm ! There were 7 ladies with 2 sharing, we did not realise the mater had a sharing bathroom but it worked well fo us, the villa is vast and we had so much space for us all. The amenities are great I might suggest a cupboard with extra toilet roll and a cleaning cloth to wipe down surfaces, but we happily bought both. The pool area is impressive and we had fun times in an around the pool, we were lucky that some inflatables were left for us which was great. The villa could accommodate more than the 7 singles we had comfortably and I would love to go back with my family. Wilrik is the perfect host and was always available for contact, as was Marissa we had a great time and you would not go wrong booking this amazing villa. P.s there is a local supermarket 10 mins walk with other restaurants and a lovely small coffee shop/breakfast lunch venue, they make amazing cocktails, please be lovey to the gorgeous black cat that is sleeping in the seating area just outside the lounge . Place with perfect location to accomodate 12 people

Villa was perfect for our big 12 person group and fullfilled all the needs we had. Location was superb for golfing because many of the courses were max 15 min away from the villa. Big thanks also to Wilrik (person who rents the villa) who was very helpfull from the day we made the booking to the end of our trip 🙏. Pekka

Perfect birthday celebration

What a gem of a villa, we were 14 family members all travelling for a "big" birthday celebration. Everyone from an 83 year old down to an 8 year old. The villa was perfect. The pool was amazing and everyone enjoyed it. The outside space was plenty, various seating areas, so no one felt cramped and even some areas for quite time. The kitchen had plenty of utensils, cutlery and I have never seen so many dinner plates for use. We were there for 5 nights and bar one night we stayed in the villa to make the most of it, all the family members loved it. Wilrik as a Host was fabulous and great communications with emails and whatsapps throughout our 5 days, he checked in with us. Great villa, great spot, great host. Amanda

Villa Monte 5 star experience!

Villa Monte - the owner Wilrik was a pleasure to deal with from booking to leaving. We were a family of 8 adults and 5 children. The villa layout and accommodation was perfect for us- great bedrooms with good bathroom/ shower facilities and excellent kitchen/lounge and dining area. Beautiful sea views, fantastic pool, spacious covered terrace and patio area to enjoy having fun! A 5 star experience for our whole family!

A fantastic experience!

Me and my family, seven grown ups and one baby, went here to the Villa owned by Wilrik in our honeymoon trip. A fantastic villa, clean, beautiful, spacious with all the facilities you need and with a really nice swimmingpool. It is situated really well, quiet and nice, with polite people around you. We do reccomend this destination for anyone who is looking for a nice and calm vacation. And we will definitely return here!

Fab property, very spacious and clean, owner and colleagues very helpful. Would highly recommend

The property is a great size we had 3 families of 4 and we're really happy with everything. The kids loved the pool and it was a good size. The apartment is equipped with everything you need. We didn't hire a car as were there for a week and just got a taxi to the larger supermarket to stock up on food. Taxis offered a great service and would pick up in minutes. There is a supermarket and a few bars in walking distance and feungirola is just a short taxi ride away with a great beach and shops and restaurants. The owner and his colleague Geraldine made us very welcome and wanted to ensure we enjoyed our stay, which we most certainly did

A Very Happy Christmas

Our family are spread throughout main land Europe and the UK and met up at the 'Palace' for Christmas. The property was exactly as described and spotlessly clean. A welcome pack of essentials (includindg wine!) was very much appreciated. Wilrik ,the owner, was available, friendly and very helpful from our initial enquiry all the way through to departure. The equipment and furniture are all of excellent quality and the heated pool was a real luxury. I can fully recommend this super property.
