Do not book this apartment unless you read the following
Avoid if you don’t want to be ripped off. The apartment itself is passable, very small, you have 1 foot at the side of the bed to get in .
if you want to walk 500 metres to get rid of your rubbish which actually you have to take to a wheelie bin outside Max’s beach, or if you want to be ripped of for €300 like we were.
We stayed for 23 nights, not once during that time were towels or bedding changed nor was the apartment cleaned. Fortunately it contains a washer/drier so we managed. We were given one key for the apartment, to move about the complex you need a key so if my hubby went to the pool I had to go and let him out of the gate and into the apparatment, I messaged and advised this was not acceptable and subsequently received another key.
A deposit of was paid in cash on the day we arrived to cover any breakages. There were none, but the deposit was withheld as the owner claimed the flat was dirty and some painting was required. This is nonsense, the apartment was clean and tidy. We left the apartment at 3.30 am we were advised that the cleaners would be coming in. When I corresponded with him today I was advised that the floors were dirty, ( why would I be washing floors when a cleaners coming . This depossit is just a way for the owner to rip off unsuspecting holidaymakers. So please avoid unless you want to throw away your hard earned cash. I have no doubt that this type of embezzlement is the norm for this charlatan so avoid like the plague.
