La Cala Home - Cala Arena - Ground Floor Studio with Private Patio and Pool

La Cala Home offers modern, fully equipped studios in a recently renovated boutique building with four independent units, located in the heart of La Cala de Mijas. Only the two ground floor studios each have a private mini pool.



This ground floor studio (Cala Arena) is 27 m² and features a private patio adjacent to the other studio’s patio, separated by a fence for visual privacy. It has a small pool (1.90 m x 1.30 m, 0.60 m deep), ideal for two people. Children must always be supervised by an adult, ensuring a peaceful, private outdoor space.



The property is right behind the Torreón de La Cala. The beach, restaurants, shops, and local services are all within walking distance.



The studio is perfect for 2 adults and can accommodate up to 3 people, with a small sofa bed (106 x 180 cm) suitable for children or teenagers. It is not recommended for two adults or older children.



It includes a double bed (135 x 200 cm), wardrobe, private bathroom, fully equipped kitchen integrated with the living area, 0.60 m square table, air conditioning (hot and cold), high-speed Wi-Fi, TV, washing machine, 100-liter water heater, security door, and double-glazed windows for a quiet night’s sleep.



Guests can also enjoy a shared rooftop terrace with sun loungers and seating areas, available from 10 a.m. to 11 p.m., following usage rules provided before check-in. The communal terrace will not be available in 2027.
