"Such a charming hotel, centrally located in downtown. We stayed for 5 nights. Everyone was super friendly! Breakfast was good, the same variety every day, and the buffet was always replenished. The lounge/tables/restaurant area is beautiful. There are 2 things I would like to see as improvements to make this hotel even better: 1) set up a coffee station in the lobby that goes beyond breakfast hours, maybe until 4pm, especially on weekends. 2) the frosted bathroom door—pretty but very...

"My experience was not pleasant. The bed linen wasn't clean. The toilet was loose, and the floor in the room wasn't very clean. They don't provide coffee 24 hours. There was no coffee in the room either. The ice container's lid didn't work; it couldn't be opened. That hotel needs to provide better service."

"Staff smoked on a non smoking property but I did ask the ladies to move and they did the guy at the front desk was smoking right at front door and trash was left daily on the floors by the elevators it wasn’t one day that trash wasn’t outside of the trash can. Also they are trip hazards by the outside sitting area closer to the part where you can see the vineyard."

"There were a lot of dead bugs in the room and our room smelled kind of like mildew. The beds were comfortable and the employees were nice. It was close to many restaurants. We didn't try the breakfast."

"The staff at Fairview were excellent. We stayed 3 nights over a 5 day period. The place is very clean. The building itself is older, but nicely decorated. Quiet area. Breakfast was just okay. There was no milk for the cereal as the truck was late. There were no low carb options but there was oatmeal, toast, fruit, bagels (no cream cheese), and waffles. I would definitely recommend this place!!"

"I informed the staff that the internet was down at 4:00 pm and it was stll down at 8:00 am. They kept showing me on their phones that it was up but it wasn't. I missed getting a lot of crutial work done that put me way behind. Pool water was clowdy and there was mold growing on the sides. The pool is in poor condition with cracked loose tiles on the perimeter."

"Everything was great except no coffee maker in room, I was also near a back entrance/exit so that was noisy at times. I don't recommend those rooms.The bed was great, room clean, liked staff, breakfast nice. I would stay again."
