"We wanted to visit the Lost Sea Adventures In Sweetwater TN. The next step was to find a reasonabley priced, close to the attraction, clean and up to date immunities. We also needed 2 separate rooms.We found such a place here. The Quality Inn at Sweetwater was amazing! It checked off all the boxes we required. The staff was very friendly and helpful. "We stop here 2 times a year the gal that runs the desk has the personality of a foot? She has worked there for several years. Also they charge way to much for the Hotel starting to get dated. I could care less about breakfast I wish they gave us a choice if you want breakfast it cost more if not cheaper. "

There was a stain on the chair and the tub had some dust in the corner, We were not impressed by the breakfast . It was the same each day. Stayed 3 nights. The food was cold by the time I got it the table. The eggs were tasteless and the gravy was gritty, My husband said the Orange Juice tasted medicinal. "We decided not to stay. I had to take the grands to a cleaner hotel with a working TV and no smell."

"AVOID AT ALL COSTS! First, the man in front of me had to hand over a $100 bill at check in for the security deposit. Then, when I checked in through Expedia, they swiped my card and actually deducted $80 from my account (I use Expedia all the time and never is an amount deducted). The desk attendant assured me I’d have it back the next day. Now, the amount is no longer pending…it’s processed and I’ve been told it could be more than a week before it’s returned! "I didn’t stay. After seeing 2 of the rooms and noticing how terrible they smelled and how dirty they were I never checked in. The hotel showed a 7.4 on the Expedia site but that hotel should not have even been a zero. I will dispute the “no show” charge if it appears on my credit card bill."

There was a a worker doing repairs in a nearby room till 7:30pm and the hallways were filled with builders materials and dirty. Yard and parking had not been mowed in a while and was messy.
