Everything you wished for in a beach house is right here! A brilliant layout with exquisite taste has transformed this Morrison Avenue address into the holiday home of your dreams! This fabulous beach house has it all - four bedrooms, three bathrooms, an upstairs powder room and upstairs/downstairs living and not to mention, the most fantastic all weather hard wood deck just perfect for alfresco living and entertaining.

The Space:
The property features the following layout:

Upstairs:
-Large living, dining and kitchen area
-Kitchen features plenty of bench space, beachy colours and a modern style. The kitchen features oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge and cooktop
-Living features large LCD Tv, comfy corner lounge and sea views.
-Dining includes seating for 8
-Large full undercover alfresco deck with outdoor furniture and BBQ, the property also has a deck which runs the width of the home offering sea views
-Master bedroom featuring queen bed with access to balcony, walk in robe and ensuite round off this master suite
-A powder room with guest toilet is also located upstairs

Downstairs:
-Large living / games room including pool table
-Two large bedrooms including queen beds
-Two bathrooms with floor to ceiling tiles and both include toilet, vanity and shower
-The fourth bedroom is coupled as another retreat with TV and DVD player located in the room which includes a queen bed
-The laundry rounds off the indoor floor plan and offers and washing machine and dryer.
-The property also has a fully secured rear yard with plenty of lush green lawn great for the family.
-Heating and cooling is also well catered for in this home with each room offering its own split system reverse cycle unit.

Parking is available for four cars with a large two car carport and two off street parks.

Without question a fabulous beach house in every sense of the word! A short walk will have you catching a wave at Middleton Beach and in the evening you can walk to ever popular Blues Restaurant.

Fantastic Family Getaway

This was the second summer holiday we have spent at this property with family. We had a wonderful time. The house is very well provisioned, has great views and is a short walk to the beach. Our children enjoyed the large grassed back yard for games. Highly recommend.

Very Relaxing Stay

Wonderful stay. Our family had a very relaxing stay at this property. Great location 5 minute walk to the beach and very quiet. House very well provisioned, with lovely views and large enough for extended family to stay comfortably. Our children really enjoyed the large back yard for games.

Very comfortable property that offered all needs for a family group. Cupboards were well stocked and the lawned back area was great for all ages. Short trip to Middleton beach was perfect. We had a great stay

Middleton Beauty!!

Great entertaining area, big backyard and close walking distance to Middleton beach. Plenty room for kids to play, parents to enjoy the view from decking area and maybe a glass of wine or two!

Amazing getaway on the Fleurieu Peninsular.

The house exceeded our expectations. Very clean and tidy, had amazing amenities. Short walk to the beach, large backyard great for kids. Very spacious, was great for a winter getaway, would be amazing on the deck in summer. Look forward to returning.
