"Something like:
We had such a lovely stay at The William Inglis Hotel during our Sydney trip. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and comfortable, and it really became our little home away from home while we were there.
The hotel was beautiful, peaceful and relaxing, and after our busy days exploring Sydney and attending the NRL Grand Final, it was so nice to come back somewhere we could genuinely unwind. Our room was comfortable, the hotel was well looked after, and we really enjoyed...

"The rooms were obviously recently renovated and looked nice.
The staff were helpful and the room was clean when we arrived.
Unfortunately, the lack of doormat meant the floor was quickly gritty from shoes.
There was a kettle but it didn’t fit under the tap which was a bit of a nuisance.
And there were no hooks at all to be able to hang towels to dry."

"This is a really neat property, but unfortunately we were really disappointed due to nearly all the amenity we booked for was closed. Make sure you check what will actually be available your dates before booking! We were excited about the pool, gym, cafe with good pricing and the play area for the kids. After booking, we got the welcome message stating to book in with reception for 1 hour gym sessions. They also let us know the pool was closed during school holidays. We were bummed about the...
