Relax and recharge at this peaceful 3BR country retreat with a private pool, firepit, and room to spread out. Enjoy fast Wi‑Fi, a fully equipped kitchen, fenced 1-acre lot, and plenty of parking—including 30/50 amp RV/boat hookups and a Tesla-compatible Level 2 EV charger.

Just 2 miles from the Main Street boat ramp for boating, fishing, or kayaking. Bring your own or rent locally. Poolside lounging and a cozy interior make this home ideal for family getaways or approved small gatherings.

Adults 25+ only. Events and reunions are welcome with prior host approval and a mandatory $500 refundable deposit. Max 20 guests for gatherings. Excess cleaning may reduce refund.

No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property.
Trash must be placed in Clay County–approved bins and brought to the curb on Monday evening.

Gorgeous oasis

The home itself was incredible. The property manager got back to me very quickly and we had no problems. My only complaint was how far away everything was but that has nothing to do with the house. Bed was so comfortable and the showers were very clean. Really enjoyed the stay and how helpful the owner was!

Amazing!

We had an amazing stay at this property! Everything was clean and very well taken care of. It felt like being at home.The kids loved the pool! And we all loved how spacious it was. They had all the amenities we needed plus some! Definitely would stay again and recommend everyone else to!

While the inside of the house was beautiful, the outside needed some upkeep. The grass was in dire need of a cutting and there were weeds in the rock beds. Granted they did have storms on some days but there were days in which the grass could have been cut. Also, the pool light did not work and when asked about it I was told that it hadn’t worked in a while and he, the owner, was waiting till after the summer so that he could drop the water level to replace the light. I have owned many pools and you can drop the water level at anytime. Now, perhaps it is more cost effective for him to wait, as a renter who is paying a pretty penny to stay in his rental, I feel like the pool light should have been replaced, especially since he knew about it for a while. Again, inside was beautiful and very clean. I just was disappointed in look on the outside and the fact that the pool light was a known issue but was not corrected.

Perfect Getaway

This was a personal getaway as well as event space for my daughter and her friends to celebrate her sweet 16. Thy lovd it and once the celebration was over I enjoyed the sitting areas and peaceful areas on property.

Weekend getaway

From reserving the house to the checkout was very easy. The house was spotless when we arrived. We spent most of our time in the pool which was amazing. It was just a few minutes away from restaurants and grocery stores. It was a very private place and we enjoyed our stay.

Great Vacation Home

Great home with very relaxing atmosphere. Beds were super comfortable. We visited for son’s college graduation. Close enough to area stores and restaurants. Overall really enjoyed the house one of our top vacations.

Great place!

The house was clean and well maintained and the outdoor space was beautiful! We enjoyed the hot tub, gas grill and fire table. If you happen to be a foodie the kitchen is lovely but the cookware is limited. The owner was attentive and helpful. We would stay again and recommend to others!

Gorgeous Property

Me and my family stayed for 4 nights. The house was extremely clean, the kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, utensils and all appliances. The beds, I can't say enough about how these are the most comfortable beds; you honestly won't want to get up in the morning. We all wanted to take them home! All the rooms have ceiling fans operated by remote control, the living room is very spacious with a large sectional sofa with a huge tv. There are also streaming services already programmed on the tvs. The pool area was so inviting and there are floats, noodles and waterguns available. The covered patio area was a nice retreat from the sun and the hot tub was very relaxing in the evening. We enjoyed the pool everyday. The location of the house was perfect, its in a quiet neighborhood on a huge lot, with lots of privacy but you're just a quick drive to grocery stores, restaurants and close enough to have food delivered. I was able to have Walmart deliver groceries to the house as well. I was in town visiting my daughter who lives a few minutes away and it was nice to be able to have her and the grandkids come over and swim and visit during the day and be able to have my own space and relax in the evening. Marlon is a great host and made sure check-in went smoothly and was available if any questions came up.

Meticulously clean, check in smooth and trouble free. Photos and amenities matched the accommodation. I’ve rented from VRBO many times, and I can honestly say it was one of the best relative to what was advertised. Marlon personally called us to make sure we were satisfied.

The house is AMAZING!!!! Big, clean, beautiful!!! Only issues were: 1. TV was difficult to get reception, 2. There were huge centipedes in the pool, however, it was too cold to swim anyway. Otherwise, the property is big, my son's dog had a blast racing all over the yard....my son's house's yard is small. We thoroughly enjoyed it!!! HIGH RECOMMEND!!!
