"The house is wonderfully comfortable and was perfectly located for what we needed. The house had an iron and ironing board (which for me was great). There was also a coffee maker AND coffee with filters. It was a small surprise that made my day. Beds were great and air flow was good as well. Overall I would definitely recommend this home for a comfortable stay!"

"This was a wonderful stay while we were visiting family in Ooltewah. We were able to bring our two dogs and they could enjoy the outdoor area when we were at the Brookside Cottage. The cottage was extremely clean and the host very responsive and friendly! "

"Tucked back in a cul-de-sac in the country. Quiet and calm atmosphere.The bed was very comfortable and my dog enjoyed the bed the host had for her. We pretty much only slept there while visiting relatives but the place was clean and comfortable. I would stay again if back in the area. "

"The cottage was on a beautiful property with widows to watch the sunrise from a comfortable sofa or chairs with our coffee . The views are relaxing and worthy of your expenses. River in back had ducks waddling from your windows, or a bench but it was chilly. So cozy and the pictures are true but the experience is much more. Jillian the host is responsive to anything that makes your stay better. Will stay again. "

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. This was the first time we had ever stayed in a tiny home, and after staying here we would certainly do it again. There was more than enough room for us. The rooms were clean and we wanted for nothing. If we needed to get in contact with the host, he was readily available… and for that I would give this tiny home, and host, five stars!"
