There is also a bright, spacious living room with a terrace overlooking Leopoldlaan and Jules Van den Heuvelstraat. There is a completely new fitted kitchen and a bathroom with a bathtub. Finally, there is a separate toilet. There are all kinds of toys for the children, as well as 2 highchairs and a cot with extra mattress. For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters Reservations for groups of persons under 25 years of age are not permitted The situation with regard to traffic and parking differs from one town to the other. It might occur that only paid parking possibilities are available in the holiday home's surroundings It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house
