The Space:

As soon as you enter Lavistamare, your attention is immediately drawn to the stunning frontal sea view. From the living area, you overlook the newly renovated promenade of Westende (Middelkerke), with the sea as a constant backdrop throughout your stay.



The open-plan living room and kitchen are modern and inviting. The fully equipped kitchen offers every comfort, and even while cooking you can enjoy the sea view — a unique way to relax together. The living area is perfect for cosy breakfasts or long dinners with a view.



Lavistamare features 2 bedrooms: one bedroom with a double bed and one bedroom with a bunk bed for 3 guests (including a pull-out lower bed). Both bedrooms have access to the balcony at the rear of the building.



The bathroom is fitted with a shower and a single washbasin.



Thanks to its prime location on the seafront promenade, you are within walking distance of beach bars, restaurants and summer events. Here, comfort, space and exceptional sea views come together in one of the finest locations in Westende.



Guest Access:

Guests have full access to the apartment and its facilities.

PRE-CHECK-IN AND RENTAL DEPOSIT:

If you book this accommodation you agree to pay a rental deposit of €300. A few days before arrival, if your reservation is confirmed, you will receive an email with a pre-check-in form. In it we will ask for your personal contact information and you will also need to arrange the rental deposit. After paying the rental deposit and completing the pre-check-in form, you will receive the necessary check-in instructions along with great tips and addresses of the area. Check-in to the accommodation is possible 24/24.



LINEN:

Quality bed linen and towels for in the kitchen and bathroom are NOT provided in this accommodation.



CLEANING:

Upon arrival, the accommodation is professionally prepared and cleaned. Cleaning is included in the price. You, as a guest, must leave the accommodation in a clean condition when leaving the accommodation. If the accommodation is not left properly and excessively dirty, additional fees will be charged.



CONSUMPTION:

Normal consumption of water, heating and electricity are included in the rental price. Excessive consumption will result in additional charges.



CONTROL:

The accommodation is checked for damage and theft at every check-in and check-out. Damage incurred during the rental period must be reported immediately. The guest uses the accommodation at his/her own risk. The owner and the rental office are not responsible for theft or accidents that happen in and around the accommodation.



OTHER:

Rentus is the property agent who operates in the name and on behalf of the owner. The accommodation is furnished and equipped with kitchen and sanitary facilities. Cooking utensils and dishes are provided for the number of people allowed in the accommodation. The total price includes the rental of the accommodation (of which 90% refers to the property and 10% to the furniture), the cleaning fee and any administration costs.
