This delightful 3-bedroom residence is situated on a corner lot, featuring a luxurious king bed, a queen bed, and a comfortable futon. Adding to its allure is a rejuvenating hot tub accommodating 4-5 individuals, perfect for unwinding. Additionally, the proximity of Sheridan Beach, a mere 5-minute walk from this charming retreat, further enhances its appeal.

Access instructions will be provided 2 days prior to your arrival.
Prior to your stay, we require you to complete a pre-arrival form and sign and agree to our rental conditions.

• Single-Level Living: The entire home is on one level.
• Bedroom 1: King bed.
• Bedroom 2: Queen bed.
• Bedroom 3: Futon.
• Kitchen: Equipped with all appliances, microwave, coffee maker, and basic spices/oil.
• Bathroom: Tub/shower combo.



Uber and Lyft are available in the area.

• Coffee: We provide 8-10 Keurig coffee pods and regular coffee grounds for the regular coffee maker.
• Firewood: A starter supply of firewood is available.
• Hot Tub Service: Our hot tub techs will check chemicals every 2-3 days, usually within 5 minutes, without disturbing you.
• Pre-arrival Form: Completion and agreement to rental conditions required prior to stay, including uploading ID.

This was a great property. It was a close walk to the beach, toddler friendly, clean and had everything we needed right there. There are plenty of great restaurants in town and If you want shopping you can just go 15 minutes north to new Buffalo! We would definitely stay again!

This is a very nice place, a short walk to an excellent beach. We had a good time here. There were issues with ants in the kitchen and some leaking pipes. The host was very responsive and apologetic.

Nice location

The house was clean and in good condition. If needed we would stay here again. The location was great and we ended up walking to most of our activities. There was also plenty of room for all 6 of us. The address on the listing shows 212 but it is actually 218. Which isn’t far off but did lead to some confusion when locating the house. Also some communications with the owner were a little confusing. After calling I found out the answers I was receiving were AI generated. Wish I was informed of that at the beginning. It wouldn’t have been as stressful if I had known that when it was sending wrong information.

Beach Getaway

Cute house and five minute walk to beach and park. The neighborhood deer a delightful morning greeting. Host was wonderful and made it easy to check in. My friend and I loved the area and our first experience with Indiana Dunes. Quiet neighborhood.

Great get-away!

We really enjoyed this property, with consideration for both the interior coziness of the home and the outdoor location (close to the beach). With two generations, we appreciated the two TV's in separate rooms. We used the fire pit (made s'mores) and the hot tub (extensively). To sit on the front porch and view a wooded area was wonderful. We cooked and ate in for every meal, except one. It's proximity to the beach was a plus, as we spent a lot of time on the beach! All four of us agreed it was a great mini-vacation!

It was lovely, the host was easy to work with, the property clean and everything was in working order. Truly wa wonderful place to unwind..only wish was a place to put up a hammock but that was never advertised 😉

Amazing!!

I have been coming to this area with my family my whole life and have loved it, we've struggled to find a good spot for my boyfriend and I to stay just us and this was perfect. Proximity to the lake and to other spots is perfect! We loved the cozy home and all the amenities, perfect week!! Would love to stay again!
