Access Sheridan House Too through the back door via convenient keyless entry and make your way to the living room. Relax on the comfortable living-room furnishings. Enjoy your favorite movies, shows, and sports using log-ins for your own streaming subscriptions on the Smart TV. Grab your beach towels as you head out to the beach. (Hosts also supply accessories, such as wagon, umbrella, and beach toys!)

Prep and cook culinary creations in the bright, light-drenched eat-in kitchen. You’ll find all the standard appliances in stainless-steel – microwave, chef-preferred gas stove, refrigerator, and dishwasher. You have all the cookware, bakeware, dishware, flatware, glassware, serving-ware, and utensils you need to prepare and serve your favorite meals, plus toaster, blender, hand-mixer, and coffeemaker.

As you reach the top of the stairs to the second floor, you’ll find a Bunkroom, with two twin-on-twin bunkbeds that sleep 4.

Discover the second-floor King Bedroom, with king bed, inviting linens, and easy access to the 2nd-floor balcony, a relaxing spot to sit and watch the world go by. Lull yourself to sleep watching the Smart TV.

Also on the second floor, you’ll find the bright and cheerful Double-Double Bedroom with 2 double beds, a dresser, and luggage rack.

The third-floor Loft Bedroom, with its king bed is tucked under the eaves and flanked by bedside tables with lamps and is perfect for those seeking the ultimate privacy.

At the top of the stairs there is an additional living space that features a day bed that will work as 2 twin beds or folds into a single king size bed. There is also room for a large Air Mattress creating a great place for additional sleeping areas.

The bathroom on the second floor features a tub/shower combo.

Find a handy half bath on the main floor.

***We welcome children, but please note, the house is NOT baby-proofed for infants/babies. (Furniture is not secured to walls, outlet blockers are not included, cabinets/drawers are not locked, etc.) We also do not have a pack and play/portable crib, so guests will need to bring their own and are solely responsible for keeping a close eye on children.***

***Check-in is after 4 p.m.; guests must check out by 10 a.m. so that we can clean/prepare for our next renters before they arrive. (Note: We will try to accommodate early arrival/late check out requests, but the cleaning crew often requires the full time between guests if we have back-to-back bookings.)
