Charming home in the middle of Michigan City. Close to many attractions, restaurants, and only 7 minutes from the breathtaking Lake Michigan shoreline. Casino and Outlet Center are about a 5 minute drive. National Dunes Park is about 15 minutes away. Close to many restaurants and local shops.

This cozy home is decorated really cute and makes you feel right at home!

This cute home is centrally located in the middle of Michigan City in a very quiet neighborhood.
Please respect neighbors with noise

You will receive your unique door code 2 days prior to arrival AND after all pre-arrival forms are complete.

This home has 3 levels
Main floor has 2 bedrooms, eat-in kitchen, full bath, and living room with electric fireplace
Upstairs has 1 bedroom
Basement has family room, full bath and washer and dryer
Backyard is fenced in with a large deck, grill, and fire pit

South Shore Line train is only a 5 minute ride away
Ubers and Lifts are limited in Michigan City
Marina is less than 10 minutes from home

Prior to your stay, we require you to complete a pre-arrival form, upload a valid government ID (drivers license, passport, state ID) and sign and agree to our rental conditions.
Any basic need items that have been provided at the home are complimentary to get your stay started, any additional needs will be provided by the guest.

House was clean inside but not very functional. No USB plugs or outlets near beds for phones, exterior in shabby shape - broken fence, needs deck refinishing, weedy yard, etc. upstairs bathroom electrical outlet didn’t work.Good location and good communication from host.

Good weekend getaway

Close location to everything, clean and comfortable house. We enjoyed the hot tub and quiet neighborhood. ! The upstairs bedroom has a portable air conditioner that was extremely loud, we enjoy white noise while sleeping but no one was able to sleep in that room. House had everything we needed.

Great clean house, comfortable beds, and centrally located to many places to visit! We enjoyed visiting surrounding area’s, and going to the beaches and local restaurants. Played board games and cards every night around the coffee table, and made some wonderful memories Thank you!

Family Vacation Getaway

We stayed here while we were visiting the Dunes and Lake Michigan. We visited Mt.Baldy, Washington Park, Old Lighthouse Museum, Friendship Botanic Gardens, and even drove up to St.Joe's to the Curious Kids Discovery Zone. We were centrally located to the area attractions. We had plenty of of room to rest and spread out. We really enjoyed the hot tub and outdoor fire pit since it was cooler weather than we anticipated. The kitchen had plenty of everyday essentials for cooking meals and eating in. The onsite laundry was a lifesaver due to all the sand from the beach. Not sure what we would've done without it.

Annual Gathering

We found the house to give us what we needed for our annual long weekend together and all enjoyed the atmosphere of the house and the backyard. We contacted Robin about a minor issue and she responded very quickly and was very pleasant.

Perfect Spot

Very well equipped and clean. The living room is super cozy. We did notice that the outlet in the main floor bathroom was not working and we had a little trouble with the TVs, but we had our own streaming device so it wasn’t an issue. The host was very communicative. Would absolutely stay here again.

Great Family Vacation

This was a great house for our family. Plenty of space for the kids, and we enjoyed the hot tub. Very good Wi-Fi and nice TV’s. It’s about 7-8 minutes from the beach entrance, which was great to be that close. If we returned to this area, we would stay here again.

Cozy Home

Stayed here with my husband and our 4 kiddos. Very clean, decorated beautifully. Having two living spaces was nice to be able to spread out. The attic bedroom was hard to keep cool (though we stayed during the hottest week of the year...late July). We enjoyed visiting different beaches nearby and the Washington Park Zoo. The house is in a neighborhood, somewhat near the "main drag" - but you may need to Google or drive around to find it if your GPS doesn’t bring you in that way.

Go Mielite

Came to Indiana for a volleyball tournament and the house was the perfect place to stay! Had plenty of room, comfortable and everything we needed was there and ready for us. After a long day of play the hot tub was excellent. Would definitely book it again!

Great location!

My husband and I planned an anniversary trip to Michigan City for four nights with our dog. Fenced in yard was great for the pup. Great location close to things for us to do as a couple- casino, winery, brewery, and restaurants. Also close to parks for our dog to enjoy. The house is very nicely decorated and furnished with three levels and two living spaces to hang out. Highly recommend the blue pearl!

Adorable little house!

This house was exactly as described. So cute! Plenty of room for the 5 of us and my sons dog. Definitely would have been nice to have an extra bathroom but we made it work with just one. The property manager was SO nice and text me with extra info. And responded back right away. We would definitely stay here again!
