Went down for the Orange Bowl, Super Clean, and the host was so quick whenever we had any questions. I would definitely stay there again.

Well appointed Quiet 14th floor location friendly staff at property. 4 min walk across Jimmy Buffet way to the beach.Pools were a tad cool (nothing the owner has control of!) The unit was clean,but is older and the bathrooms and paint finishes show those signs of age. the only real criticism of the unit is the beds. All of the beds are past their service life and should be replaced, but they were adequate and did not affect the overall stay. The location can't be beat. Really nice area and the public beach access is an easy walk across the street. The area is not really walkable to restaurants but many choices are accessible by car within five minutes. During mild weather it's really not possible to have the windows open as the unit faces a busy road and traffic noise is significant. The host, Sergio, was terrific with communication and very quick to answer questions

Good time

Overall, we had a nice stay. During our weeklong stay, the fire alarm was pulled twice in the middle of the night making us evacuate the condo. Not the property owner‘s fault, just annoying. The bedrooms get pretty hot and the kitchen and living room are ice cold, but we were out and about most of the time so this wasn’t too bad of an issue. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Great location and amenities

It was a great stay. We had few minor hiccups (elevator, no kitchen sink water, and the garage opener stopped working), but the host/facilities were very quick to respond. I was especially impressed by how the host Sergio responded to my messages. I would definitely choose to stay here again.

Very nice stay

Sergio was very helpful during the process of checking in, which is a bit confusing and unclear, but he was very responsive in guiding us through the process. Access to the pool was a nice amenity and the view was excellent.

Getaway with a view

Lobby and unit was very modern and comfortable. Unit is right next to elevator connected to parking garage which was soooo convenient. Very spacious and clean. You need a key to enter the building, unit, and parking garage so I felt very safe. Pool was also nice and there were beach chairs in the closet to use as well which was nice. There was a check in fee that wasn’t included in the description. Overall great stay thank you.

Clean, spacious and very nice view

The place was nice, prime location for the event I went to FL for. It’s three bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, but one of the bedrooms is not private. You have to enter bedroom 2 to get to bedroom 3. That’s a privacy issue, but we worked around it. The host was very responsive, every time I text him, he got back to me in a timely manner.

Wonderful!!!

The beautiful condo was appointed with everything we needed for our stay. The air conditioning worked great! Huge plus. And what’s more, it was so amazingly sparkling clean top to bottom. Outstanding! The owner was superb with instructions and correspondence. The area is beautiful and felt safe the entire time. Easy access to main roads and lots of awesome dining and shopping. I would most definitely stay here again and highly encourage others to do the same. It was wonderful! Thank you!!
