This place is dirty, it smells and it’s noisy!
We were totally shocked when we arrived at this place. The smell hit us in the face on the way in, there was an additional $30.00 charge on arrival that we were unaware of, and after waiting for fifteen minutes we learned that the elevators get stuck constantly. While sleeping it sounded as if a jack hammer was being run all night.

Dirty and run down
I was very disappointed in the level of cleanliness: dust, dirt, mirrors, walls, etc.
I also think it is in real need of maintenance- a bathroom door that drags on the floor, walls that are nicked up (entire place could use a paint job).
In terms of comfort, nicer sheets/covers could be used. I’ll leave the comfort of the beds to others as I find that very subjective.
While the rest of the building is practically in the same shape, there is no reason an individually owned/managed property should be.

Overall place was nice improvements needed though
The linen could of been replaced or used a better washing. The place was neat amd tidy overall and looked just like the pictures. However a 30 registration fee is needed before entering the room, i contacted the owner , asking what it was for, and I was never given a response

Good stay near the beach
It was a good stay, the apartment was clean. Kids enjoyed the pool and beach. Keep up the good work with the apartment :) will stay again. Ps. There is a $30 fee for registration also you would need a pool key and fee is $5.00 but refundable if you return key to the front desk. If you need to eat try Normans!! Highly suggest that restaurant.

Classic example of "You get what you pay for"
While the price was very good for an oceanfront place at Miami Beach, some of the details were not up to par. We found the kitchen to be poorly equipped, and not very clean. For example, there were no hot pads or kitchen towels, the stove front around the dials was greasy, and the knobs themselves were unreadable. And while it's a small thing, there was only one wash cloth for two of us. The condo is in an older hotel that has been upgraded. Valet parking was very good. It should be noted, however, that there are no other parking options nearby other than the parking lot for Allison Park, which appeared to always be full. All in all, not a bad deal for the location, but I can't rate it any higher than three stars.

Amazing way to afford a trip to Miami Beach!
This was a great apartment - cleaned for us just before arrival (I know because we arrived early and were allowed to drop our suitcases off and head to the beach til cleaning was done!), right on the beach, within walking distance to several restaurants/bars and within an easy Uber to the South Beach bars.
It is not a luxury building or complex, kind of old, one of the elevators out of order, etc. - but if you're going to spend your time outside on the beach as we were, it was perfect. Just don't expect a four-star hotel, but it was clean and located on the beach with a nice pool.
There is really nothing on this area of the beach (i.e. no bars or restaurants to walk up to from the beach, no food vendors), but the restaurant in this complex was really well-priced and we had lunch there several days.
The shower didn't work when we arrived but maintenance was there in about an hour to fix it and it worked great after that.
Manager was very attentive leading up to the stay when we had questions.
I would stay here again the next time I go to Miami Beach.
