Our 4 bedroom Star Dust! is the ultimate retreat, equipped with everything you need for an unforgettable stay. Enjoy views of downtown Miami and water views of Biscayne Bay. With South Miami Beach just 3 miles away, you can indulge in the sun of Miami Beach while still feeling the dynamic energy of downtown Miami. It's the best of both worlds, giving you the ultimate Miami experience during your stay.

Located on the 35th floor and facing South, Star Dust! is a 4 bedroom, 2 full bathroom dream retreat. With over 1500 sq. feet of living space, it’s the perfect getaway. Star Dust! accommodates a maximum of 6 adults plus 2 children (15 years of age or younger).

Recently renovated and fully upgraded for a luxurious experience, this condo boasts a spacious open-concept floor plan with fantastic views. Its central location on Biscayne Bay in downtown Miami places it just 3 miles from South Miami Beach and a short 5-minute drive to Wynwood, Design District, Brickell, Midtown, and a vibrant nightlife scene.

The fully equipped, open concept, kitchen is stocked with everything you need. Plus with a Publix grocery store just 1/2 block away, you'll have no trouble getting the ingredients you need to cook up your favorite meals while on vacation. There is a washer/dryer in the condo for your convenience, so you don’t have to worry about returning home with laundry.

Enjoy your meals while catching up on your Miami adventures at the spacious dining area. It effortlessly flows into the living area, where you can relax on the comfortable sofa and watch your favorite shows and movies on the 65" Roku streaming TV. You don't have to worry about missing out on any movies or shows during your stay here!

Just steps away from the living area, you'll find the entrance to your own private balcony, furnished with everything you need to enjoy the breathtaking views of downtown Miami, Biscayne Bay, and Venetian Marina. Don't forget to check out the pool deck on the 10th floor which is open from 7am to 10pm! You don't want to miss the four jacuzzis located at the opposite end of the pool, offering incredible views of the Miami skyline.

The expansive master bedroom spans the entire length of one side of the condo. It features a king-sized bed, a 55" Roku streaming TV, private balcony access, a well-equipped desk, a generous walk-in closet, and a spa-like private bathroom.
The recently remodeled private master bathroom boasts a large walk-in shower and a freestanding bathtub.

Situated on the opposite side of the living room, you'll discover three bedrooms and an additional full bathroom.

In the second bedroom, you'll find a king-size bed, a 55" Roku streaming TV, and access to a private balcony offering captivating views of the Downtown Miami skyline.

The third bedroom, positioned in the center of the condo, offers a comfortable queen-size bed and a 50" Roku streaming TV for your entertainment. Being an "interior" bedroom, it lacks windows, making it an excellent choice for those seeking a tranquil and restful sleep environment.

The second full bathroom is conveniently positioned between the third and fourth bedrooms. It boasts a contemporary design with a roomy walk-in shower and a double sink vanity for added convenience.

The fourth and final bedroom is situated immediately to the left as you enter the condo. It is an interior bedroom, which means it doesn't have windows, making it an ideal choice for those who enjoy sleeping in until noon. This cozy room is furnished with a queen-size bed and a 55" Roku streaming TV for your comfort and entertainment.
Indeed, this condo is the perfect choice for your upcoming stay in Miami. With its four bedrooms and well-designed, spacious floor plan, your search for the ideal accommodation is now complete!

CANCELLATION POLICY:
-Cancellations made 14 days or more prior to the check-in date will receive a 50% refund of what has been paid thus far.
-Cancellations made within 14 days of the check-in date will result in a loss of the full booking amount.
-Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 2 business days after the cancellation date or approval. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your payment method and financial institution.
-In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond your control, such as State of Emergency orders for Florida (Miami-Dade county). Bluewater Realty Miami LLC will gladly offer the option to change the dates of your reservation. You must notify us as soon as possible so we can assist in change of dates. No refunds will be given.
-In the event of flight cancellation there will be no refunds given.

Date Change Policy:
-If you wish to change your reservation dates, you may be allowed to do so, subject to availability and approval by Bluewater Realty Miami LLC.
-Date changes requested within 14 days of the original check-in date may incur additional fees of new dates pricing.
-No refund will be issued if the new dates are not adhered to.
- Bluewater Realty Miami LLC can only accommodate one change of dates.

Travel Insurance:
-We strongly recommend that all guests purchase comprehensive travel insurance to protect against unforeseen events, cancellations, and emergencies.
- Bluewater Realty Miami LLC is not liable for any losses, damages, or expenses resulting from your failure to obtain travel  insurance. Bluewater Realty Miami LLC cannot be asked to intervene or act as insurance providers.

BUILDING RULES:
-Visitors are not allowed up to the condos for any length of stay. Only the registered guests staying will have access up to the condo. (Building rule we can not amend)
-THE MAX OCCUPANCY FOR THIS PROPERTY IS: 6 ADULTS + 2 children (15 years of age or younger)
-If you arrive with more adults, it simply is not a building rule we, or the front desk, can amend. (City of Miami sets occupancy)
-Monthly bookings (28+ nights) are allowed visitors only.
-Any type of altercation with building security or staff will result in immediate eviction from mgmt. If this occurs, there will be no refund of any kind. The reason is, The Grand residential tower is occupied not only by guests such as yourselves, but mainly residents who reside here and want a peaceful environment.
-We know you value your belongings, so don't leave them behind! We are not liable for any personal belongings left inside the property after check out. We are happy to mail back any belongings found (at your expense).
-No third party bookings unless agreed to by Bluewater Realty Miami LLC. Just let us know prior to booking if you're booking on behalf of others.
-There is no smoking of any kind permitted in our property. Smoking is only permitted if it's legal! and on the balcony with all doors tightly closed. Smoking detected within condo will result in loss of damage deposit.
-Bluewater Realty Miami LLC will not be held liable for any building amenities being closed during your stay. This is totally out of our control, we will not give refunds for this situation, should it arise during your stay.
-Absolutely no pets are permitted. We are unable to amend this rule. We absolutely love animals! However, we must follow the building rules on nightly/monthly rentals.
-Must be 21+ to book with us and check in.
-All guests will receive a hand-scan at check in for access around building. (Through security front desk, access to elevators, in from pool, and in/out of gym). This hand scan will be deleted from system at 11am on check out day.
-At check-in, you must present the credit card used during checkout, and it must match the name on the booking. Additionally, upon arrival, you will be asked to sign a form acknowledging your agreement to these charges and confirming that you will not dispute them after your stay. No exceptions will be made to this requirement.
-Bluewater Realty Miami LLC is not liable for any damages, losses, or injuries incurred during your stay at a property. Guests are responsible for any damages caused to the property during their stay. There will be a hold placed the day of arrival on your payment method for $250.00 that will automatically be released  48 hours  after check out if no damages or loss are found.
-By making a reservation, you agree to the booking terms, including payment processing and cancellation policies, as specified for each property.

AFTER BOOKING: (nightly rentals)
-Please attach a photo of a driver's license or passport for each adult, including yours for building registration. This is mandatory for us to register everyone properly and please don't cross anything off on ID or you'll need to resend.

VALET FEES:
Valet is the only available option. 
You have two choices:
(Unlimited in/out privileges)
-Pay in advance daily valet for $42 PRIOR to your arrival day.
-Pay the building directly with a daily valet fee of $48.

- Please let us know if you require valet so we can email you an invoice due anytime prior to arrival day.

AFTER BOOKING: (Monthly stays)
28+ day stays (Monthly bookings only)
-$50 per adult background check/approval Mgmt fee (invoice sent to pay online after booking)
-24/48 hours business day approval process.
-Emails for each adult.
-Drivers license for US citizens, Passport for international guests
-Each adult will receive via Docusign the building addendum and background check form to fill out which will require a social security number for US citizens.
-No prior arrests
-$400.00 monthly valet parking if needed will be sent by invoice via email to pay prior to arrival day.
