Solara Surfside is a sight to behold from the moment you arrive! This resort is ornately designed to reflect the hues of the ocean and remind you of the silky warm seas and the blazing sandy beaches. Surely you can relax and revel in the comforts of home in this perfect holiday get away.

Between Square ft. - 606-611; Sleeps 4; Kitchen - 1 Full; Bedding includes 1 King bed, 1 Sofa bed most comfortable for 2 children; Bath(s) - 1 Full; Laundry is in Common area Unit placement/view is never guaranteed.

However, if you would like to change the name of the person checking in after you have provided this information, there will be a $99.00 name change fee. Any damages will be charge upon check-out.

Resort check- in time is 4 p.m. and check-out time is 10 a.m. The nearest airport to Solara Surfside are Miami International (MIA) and Ft. Lauderdale International (FLL) which are 14 miles and 19 miles by car respectively.

Hence, if you have any concerns, our office are open 24 hours to respond to your requests. For here at Solara Surfside we ensure that your stay is comfortable and well-served to your satisfaction.

*** Parking Policy ***

STRICT GUIDELINE: Parking is very limited. One vehicle allowed per unit depending on availability. Larger vehicles such as trucks and SUVs cannot be accommodated. Current pricing: Owners 1 car limit per reservation $10.00 per day; otherwise $20.00 per day or $10 for less than 4 hours. Metered street parking is available for additional vehicles.

No pets allowed. Subject to $300 fine. However, pets are permitted in RV parks only.

We had a great weekend in Miami! The property has everything that you need, conveniently located, clean, friendly staff and so much more. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Misrepresented the unit

I booked 11 nights at this resort not realizing that it was a timeshare. The photos online are of an ocean front 2 bedroom deluxe unit, we got a one bedroom, no balcony no view room. At check in, they told us they can move us to a one bedroom with a balcony. We were extremely disappointed. Also had much trouble with internet connection which is terrible on the property. The was amazing but I would like a credit for the first 3 days of my trip.

Reservation problem

We had 4 parties of my family reserve rooms. Three of them had issues with room dates . One of the arrived and had no room for 2 days. One family was told sorry the owner of the room sold the condo because of Covid. As a result you do not have a room after they booked airfare and the kids were packed to go. So they had to cancel the trip two days before it started

False advertisement

I have booked many times on Vrbo and the photos of the properties we always very accurate, but the photos of this property were a down right lie. The room was extremely small with no balcony and was facing another building,unlike the picture that showed a balcony, ocean views and a spacious living room. I would not recommend this renter because of the false information. 😝

Unit not as pictured

We based our decision to stay here on the unit shown on website. The unit we got had no view, no sliding glass doors, no balcony. The windows in the unit faced another building and didn’t even open. Feel like we were scammed !
