Apartment was really nice, clean and matched the listing. The location was perfect. The host was slow to respond or didn’t respond a couple of times when I emailed them. The kitchen was mostly well stocked but we only had 2 trash bags for the entire 5 night stay and no cleaning supplies. But overall we enjoyed our stay.

Perfect location and very nice condo

We really enjoyed our stay at this property! The location was amazing—just about two blocks from the beach, which made it super convenient to enjoy the sun and sand. The place was spotless, and the check-in process was absolutely flawless. We even appreciated being able to check in early, which made our arrival that much smoother.The only thing to note is that there weren’t any linens provided for the sofa bed. So if you’re planning to use it, be sure to bring your own. Other than that, everything was great, and we’d definitely stay here again!

**BEWARE**

I waited to write this review because I was hopeful about resolving my issues. Unfortunatley, the company (VACASA) that runs this rental and VRBO have both been unresponsive. Overall, the place was decent. Location was amazing. Two blocks from the beach. Check-in was confusing. The rental was clean and had some necesseties. I wish I could stop there. The reason for my ONE STAR review was that the dryer in the building (next to our unit) ruined all of our clothes. A whole load of laundry was burned/melted/ruined the day of our cruise. We had approximately 15 different items that were no longer usable and had to go shop for new clothes (shorts, shirts, bathing suits) in order to have enough items for the rest of our vacation. I called the property manager immediately. I was told to take pictures and videos and send it to them, which I did. We were told they would review them and get back to us with a solution.After the cruise I began trying to figure out how to be reinbursed. VRBO said they no longer had anything to do with the situation since we already checked out (big surprise). VACASA was more receptive initally, giving us back our cleaning fee. This amount was about 1/4 of the total damage to our items. After weeks of sending emails and pictures, they are now saying they will not do anything else to resolve the situation.Please beware... not only is the dryer malfunctioning and ruining clothes, but I would assume this is also a safety/fire hazzard.

The condo was very clean and well maintained. It even included a parking stall for our car rental. Which is a premium in Miami. The host service was very responsive to all questions and requests.

Perfect Place for the Price

You won't find a better place for the price with all the extras that you get. Location and parking spot are huge pluses. Condo is very clean and there are basic necessities available for your use. Furniture and beds are not like the ones we have at home but we managed appropriately. We wouldn't hesitate staying here again. Great value for the money. Host was very good and available within a text or phone call away.

Lovely apartment close to everything

The apartment is in a great location - very walkable to the beach, lots of restaurants, and shops. It was well-stocked with beach chairs, personal coolers, and an umbrella. It was clean and overall a very nice apartment. However, we had some issues during our stay and found the responsiveness of the owner to be very slow. We couldn't figure out how to open the lockbox to retrieve the condo keys. I can't imagine we were the first people who didn't know how to open it, so some simple additional instructions would be great. It took a very long time for the owner to provide instructions. The remote for the gate to the parking garage didn't work on our second day and we couldn't get our car out of the gate, causing us to miss a tour reservation. The owner never responded for our requests for assistance and another tenant had to let us out of the garage. While we were out, I made several requests to have a new remote put into the lockbox. This did not happen and we could not get back into the garage. And again it was difficult to get assistance from the owner. Overall, a very lovely, clean, nicely decorated, well-stocked apartment in a great location.

Great rental in South Beach

Great location and great apartment! It poured for 2 of the 3 days we were there but we enjoyed being a block or 2 from the beach and being surrounded by restaurants. Covered parking was a huge perk. The unit itself was very clean, modern and comfortable.

Perfect Location! Prime South Beach Spot

Couldn’t ask for a better location. 2 blocks from beach and restaurants/grocery all around. Balcony overlooks a pretty busy street which provides some good people watching. Place was clean, working AC, and stocked basic. Secure to get in and out. Which there was an extra set of keys. Also needs an iron being in Miami where guests need to look nice. Wish I could have spoken to a property manager to get an iron. All communication was automated.

Rough start, got there

We had a struggle at the beginning of the trip. Keys weren’t in the lockbox, but after an annoying call with corporate they sent the local support team over and he let us in. He was very kind. Water was out in the building 10-3p one of the days and we had to go buy water, but overall the location was very clean and nice. Right by the beach and close to all the bars.
