The completely remodeled modern studio is on the 2nd floor and has the beach park view from the windows. Enjoy having the beauty of the ocean, shopping malls, local events, restaurants, and entertainment just minutes in every direction. The studio has everything you need for an escape to paradise!

This is our 2nd time staying at this apartment and it won’t be our last. We love the location and everything around it. The apartment is clean and has everything you could possibly need . Rebecca is a great host and always answered any questions we had straight away before we arrived. 100% recommend this place

Everything was wonderful. Had a couple issues I informed the host about and they were quickly resolved. Location was nice. Apartment had everything we needed. Building was very nostalgic. Would stay again.

The location was perfect for beach access and in the middle restaurants and shopping. My wife and I enjoy running and walking. The beach side trail and local recreation parks was a great addition.We would most definitely choose to stay here when returning to Miami!!!!The most amazing place to stay- ;-)

Room was nice and clean. Short all tot he beach and parking was very close. They answered my few questions very quickly. Only thing I wished was the water in the shower got hotter.But overall, the room and experience was awesome.

This room was really nice. I really liked all of the modern updates, especially the shower. The induction stove top comes in handy too. The hostess Rebecca was really helpful and very friendly. I popped a fuse my first night and gave her a call to find the fuse box and 5 minutes later all was good. Air conditioning works great as well. I would definitely book here again. Recommend parking at the bandshell lot for ease. There were also all the amenities you need for the beach and for taking a shower and such which was really great to have. Its all right at your fingertips!

Great Rental!

The VRBO is in a perfect location on North Beach! Right next to the ocean! The rental was clean and updated. The owner was SO responsive and accommodating to our needs.... Just wonderful! The only minor issue was that the beach equipment was a little old and falling apart (chairs and umbrella), but we still made due! And really enjoyed our trip! Thanks so much!

Great Stay!

The location and property itself are amazing. Condo has everything you might need and is clean. Parking is steps away, easy and cheap. Rebecca is very responsive and kind. Lots of restaurants within walking distance and a great Cuban coffee shop next door. Thank you so much!

Despite there being considerable construction in the area, parking was quite easy and close, and we were right next to the beach. We'd definitely stay here again.

Footsteps to the Beach!

We appreciated the modern renovations, how close the beach was, and the fact that so many accessories were included in the room for the beach: towels, cooler, chairs, easy up. There was even a welcome package with wine and snacks.
