Final Steps to confirm your Reservation

To secure your booking, please complete the following within 48 hours of making your reservation:

• Complete our guest verification process online.
• Sign our Short-Term Rental Agreement.

You'll receive a text or email from our partner, Truvi, with a link to complete these steps. These measures are designed to ensure your safety and enhance your stay. If you prefer not to complete them, you may cancel within 48 hours of booking for a refund, minus a 3% credit card fee (this fee does not apply to Airbnb reservations), provided your reservation falls under our refundable cancellation policy. Celebrations & Guests

We love hosting celebrations like family gatherings, birthdays, or bridal parties at Miami Pool Oasis, provided all attendees are listed on your reservation. However, parties involving outside guests not listed on your reservation, service providers, DJs, or bands are prohibited. We use noise detectors to ensure a peaceful stay for everyone, and unregistered individuals may lead to cancellation.

No Smoking

Kindly refrain from smoking anywhere on the property, both indoors and outdoors—we have detectors in place.

Pets

We welcome up to 2 well-behaved dogs with pre-approval, a $35/night/dog fee, and a $500 refundable pet deposit. Please ensure dogs are not left unattended and are leashed or under control. We will assume that any dog on the property is your dog. We apologize, but no other pets are permitted.

There's no pet fee for service dogs—please let us know if you're bringing one.

Optional Add-Ons & Curated Services

Once your booking is confirmed, you can enhance your stay through our custom guest portal (we'll send you the link after confirmation). Some amenities are not included in our nightly rate and must be booked and paid for in advance of your arrival. We offer optional add-ons like:

• Dog Fee: $35/day (see pet rules above)

We're also happy to connect you with curated third-party services like personal chefs, massages, grocery shopping, flower delivery, or tickets to tours and attractions.

You'll pay these providers directly through our partners. Please note, however, that Airbnb Services (e.g., in-home chefs or massages booked through Airbnb) are not permitted at our property, as outlined in our house rules.

Short-Term Vacation Rental Agreement

1. House Rules
• No Parties or Events: Parties, DJs, or bands aren’t allowed. We use noise detectors to ensure a peaceful stay.
• Noise & Quiet Enjoyment: Please respect neighbors and keep gatherings to the guests listed on your registration. Miami-Dade County noise ordinances prohibit excessive noise, so kindly keep noise levels respectful at all times, with quiet hours from 10:00 PM until sunrise (no music during these hours).
• Occupancy: Please note that only the exact number of guests named on your reservation may stay. Extra guests may lead to cancellation.
No Smoking: Smoking is not permitted on the property—we have detectors in place.
•Airbnb Services: Kindly note that Airbnb Services, such as in-home chefs, massages, or personal training, are not available at our property. Airbnb does not compensate hosts for these services, and we’re currently addressing regulatory requirements to determine if we can offer them in the future. For everyone’s safety and compliance, we do not permit unregistered individuals, including service providers, on the property.
• Safe Use: Kindly follow all laws and safety rules. Fireworks and candles are prohibited. The gas grill and gas fire pit may be used but must not be left unattended. Please report any chirping alarms immediately—smoke and carbon monoxide detectors are installed for your safety.
• Parking: Please park only in the designated driveway spaces (up to 3 vehicles). Kindly contact us if you need parking assistance.
• Alcohol Consumption: Please enjoy alcoholic beverages responsibly within private areas (e.g., backyard, pool area). Open containers in public areas like the front yard or driveway may violate local laws.
• Keeping the Space Nice: We treat for pests, but bugs or wildlife (like raccoons and iguanas, etc.) may appear—please report sightings immediately, keep doors closed, and supervise children and pets near the pool. No refunds for occasional bugs. Kindly follow our instructions for disposing of waste, and please leave the space in good condition.


2. Pool Rules
• Swim at your own risk—no lifeguard is on duty, and no horseplay, diving, or running around the pool is permitted.
• Children must be supervised by an adult at all times, and please keep doors closed and locked for safety.
• Please use plastic glasses—no glass near the pool.
• Kindly shower before swimming.
