LOCATION & POOL: The apartment is at 1036 Ocean Drive, part of the Congress Hotel (also known as a The Strand). ROOFTOP POOL are in the main building at 1052 Ocean Drive, just meters away from the apartment.

PARKING: We recommend using popular parking apps like ParkWhiz or SpotHero for comparing parking options conveniently. Another helpful resource is [parking dot com], which allows you to explore nearby parking facilities and compare rates. Additionally, valet parking service may be available at the front desk during your registration for approximately $50 per day.

LUGGAGE: Guests are invited to use the luggage storage service at the front desk .

POOL & BEACH TOWELS: Guests can get towels at the reception for a small deposit fee.

LAUNDRY: Though the building doesn't have a laundry facility, there are alternative options nearby. One such option is the Clean Machine located at 226 12th St, Miami Beach, FL 33139. It's open from 8am to 8pm.

▶ Check-in is at/after 4 pm, and check-out is no later than 11 am. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability. Late check-out without prior approval will result in a fee of $100 per hour for each hour after 11 am.

Great location no car needed

Fantastic location no car needed walkable to everything. Good restaurants bars across the street ocean . If you are a light sleeper, take earplugs they do furnish them as well. Had a great time. Upper deck pool is a beautiful view.. we will stay here again

Great place and great location!

If you’re about south beach, this is a prime location! Everything within an easy walking distance. The accommodations were great, the rooftop pool, and the personnel made this a great vacation for us.

Great Location - IF you don't want to sleep.

Great to be in South Beach. Great access to beach and Ocean Drive. The unit was nice and well maintained and decorated. The only problem with this rental is that it is on the second floor of the Congress Hotel, overlooking Ocean Dr. which would be great...but right next door on the first floor is the Palace Bar that is open to the street. One of the bedrooms basically overlooks the bar. The bar is very active with loud music until 1am. They have special shows about every half hour, which means the music and screaming gets even louder. You can hear and feel the thump of the music until they close. To top it off on our last night, after the music finally ended at 1am, whoever was in the unit above ours decided to rearrange furniture until about 2:30. The listing notes the active street life on Ocean Dr. but this is another level.

We took our family to south beach and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The apartment was as advertised and the location is ideal! Walk to everything. My wife and I are already planning on going back for an adult stay.

Nice spacious appartement but very noisy

Very spacious appartement, beds super confortable, hot water and good shower pressure. Some wear and tear and mildew odor our first two days. Wifi does not work well.Great location in the middle of South Beach! But very noisy with a drag club next door, Loud shows from 8:00am to 2:00am. Very nice view from the pool but it’s a party pool, we didn’t feel welcome. The beach and Lummus Park right in front of the appartment which is great.Great communication with the owners, fast answers.Nice stay overall eventhough we couldn’t sleep that much.

Exceeded my expectations

Booked this unit for a family of 5. The accommodations were very clean, very comfortable and spacious. Loved the proximity to the beach, restaurants and nightlife. Also enjoyed the rooftop pool. Lots of clean linens were provided. The rooms were set up where the adults could have privacy from the kids, while still being able to monitor them. Would definitely rebook.

Bachelorette apartment

We stayed for a couple days to celebrate my sisters bachelorette party. The apartment was clean, fit the 7 of us with no problem, had everything we needed, and felt safe. It was right in the middle of all the fun, which made it really easy to get to all the bars and restaurants. Would recommend
