Brand new 2024 – 4 Bed/3 Bath, Apartment 8BA at The Alexander (8th floor) is an exotic large state of the art beautiful modern apartment. Perfect for large groups (sleeps 10 singles or 4 couples) or for bachelorette groups. 20 ft. balcony with amazing city and intracoastal water views as well as ocean view from balcony. Master bedroom has three twin beds, 2 of which are joined and are a king (upon request can be separated as 2 or 3 twins) so that room sleeps 3 and has its own accessible full bathroom with his and her shower. The guest bedroom has same set up as master bedroom but bathroom is in adjacent hallway. Bedroom 3 has no window with 2 twin beds which can be assembled as a king double. Bedroom 4 off the living room has 2 twin beds also can be assembled as a king double. There are three bathrooms, one accessible in master bedroom and two are in hallway opposite guest bedroom, one of which has a bathtub shower combination. Amenities includes unlimited Wi-Fi, 5 smart TV's with expanded cable channels, an electric fireplace, full state-of-the-art kitchen, wall safe and so much more.

Presidential Suite - 4 bedroom 3 Bathroom Sleeps 4 couples or up to 10 guests. Standard rate includes up to 8 guests, each additional guest is $45 per night up to 10 guests.

Our updated upper-level poolside cabanas are available to rent 10am - 8pm. Some of our modern cabanas feature floor to ceiling sliding glass doors, flat screen TV, refrigerator, full bathroom with waterfall shower -- perfect for hot shower right after the beach! IMPORTANT INFORMATION- Our property has recently completed a $35 million renovation of the interior and exterior of the building. Both upper and lower pools, Tiki bar, restaurant, and mezzanine pool deck are now open and in full operation.

In the rare event that an unexpected emergency maintenance issue occurs before or during your stay, a unit will be assigned that is of equal or greater value to the unit reserved. This is not a common occurrence and rarely if ever occurs. If the dates you selected are not available, we may have other alternative units available at the same beachfront property -- please inquire.
