➤ Please note: Building registration is required prior to arrival. Guests must provide the full names of all guests staying, along with the primary guest’s phone number. This information must be submitted at least 5 days before arrival for check-in approval. The primary guest must also present a valid government-issued ID at the front desk during check-in.



The Space:

Eleven Condo Unit is located in one of Downtown Miami's newest luxury high-rises, offering a modern studio with a hotel-inspired living experience, stylish interiors, and premium amenities. Its prime location places you just minutes from Brickell, Miami Worldcenter, Wynwood, Miami Beach, Bayside Marketplace, and many of Miami's top attractions. Whether you're visiting for business or leisure, you'll enjoy easy access to the city's best dining, shopping, nightlife, and entertainment while staying in a sleek and comfortable urban retreat.

➤ IMPORTANT NOTE FOR 1 WEEK STAY OR LONGER:

Toilet paper, garbage bags, and basic toiletries will be provided for the guests at the beginning of the stay. It will then be the guest's responsibility to provide for these for the remainder of their stay.

➤ Please note that the building does not offer self-parking facilities. Instead, guests are kindly invited to utilise the 24-hour valet parking service operated by an independent company.



● The valet staff are available directly in front of the building entrance to assist you.



● Parking fees are not included in the booking and are payable separately.



● Guests are kindly requested to settle their parking charges directly with the valet company.



● As the current valet rates have not yet been finalised, we recommend that guests enquire with the valet staff upon arrival for the most up-to-date information.

Other Things to Note:

➤ The property is equipped with both heating and air conditioning; however, i cannot guarantee that you will achieve a comfortable temperature if your preference falls outside the range of approximately 63°F to 77°F. Additionally, due to the nature of short-term rentals, where guests may frequently come and go, i cannot promise 100% uptime, as some guests may inadvertently push the systems beyond their capacity, necessitating repairs.



➤ Unfortunately, I can't offer a bag drop-off service. For those arriving early or having a late flight, you can use bagbnb site to find options to drop off your bag for a fee.



➤ I am not responsible for lost packages. If a package arrives at the property while you’re away, it will be returned to the sender. Please make sure that if you are ordering a package, you will physically be there to receive it, as I will not be able to track it for you.
