-Starting July 25, 2025, the pool is available on weekends only (Friday - Sunday). Weekday (Monday to Thursday) access is not available.
- Due to façade repairs starting July 1st, expect some noise between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM
-Due to regulations, studios and 1-bedrooms receive 2 adult amenity passes, and 2-bedrooms receive 4. Minors do not need a pass but must be accompanied at all times and may only access the pool
-Late Check-In: A $40 fee applies for check-ins before 11 AM or after 9 PM. (Cash only upon arrival.)
-Parking Policy: Parking is not included. On-site valet services are available:
° Overnight Valet – $75/day (+$3 gratuity) Includes in-and-out privileges. Payment is required upfront for the entire stay.
° Hourly / Regular Valet – $50 (+$3 gratuity) Standard hourly rate, no in-and-out privileges.
Alternatively, nearby parking can be reserved through us for $35/day.
-Luggage Storage: Not available on the premises. You may use nearby services such as Bounce or LuggageHero.

Exceptional views!

My husband and I had a wonderful time at this condominium. The views of the bay were exceptional from every view. My husband and I loved looking out at the water when we had our coffee in the morning. The condo was decorated with great taste, and the bed was so comfortable. We highly recommend this place and will definitely be back!

Great place

The condo is located in the heart of Brickell. Has a lovely view and great location. The hosts and the manager were very responsive and easy to communicate with. The condo was neat and well equipped. Spent 3 weeks and enjoyed every moment. I would highly recommend it.

Location - Riverwalk was lovely and multiple food trucks (including a coffee truck) was a nice surprise. Easy walk to restaurants. Easy drive to sites - Wynwood Walls, South Beach, Design District.

Fantastic View

One look at the view tells you this is a fantastic place to stay. Enjoyed watching the boats in the river and even saw a manatee with a baby. Extremely clean and comfortable inside too.

Beautiful

The views from this apartment are stunning, the pool alone is worth the stay. Despite long lines to get on the elevator at times, we had an amazing time. The company had excellent communication, we were very well informed at every stage. We will come back and stay here again.

Perfect place to stay in Miami

We loved staying here! Everything was as pictured and even better. The views of the bay and city are beautiful. Everything was super clean, and there’s so much space throughout the apartment. Kat, who was our contact throughout the week, was super nice and helpful! We thankfully didn’t have any problems during the week, but if we had, it was nice to know there was someone to easily and quickly contact. The location is also perfect- many places to walk to throughout downtown, and it’s also a short drive to the beach! I highly recommend this place and I hope to come back again!

Amazing location and great hosts

Condo is in a great neighborhood with lots of walkable restaurants and easy access to other parts of Miami. Amazing views since it's a corner unit and the hosts were very thoughtful about checking in and making sure everything was satisfactory.

Nice Stay

Great location and view. Nice and clean apartment. Staff is responsive to our needs and questions. Some fixtures are showing sign of wear and tear such as the bathroom door and ottoman in the spare bedroom that should be replaced.

Great place, great location

This is our second time staying in this building and with Miami vacation rentals. They do a great job through the whole process and this facility is amazing with a great views, great spaces, and phenomenal location. Be sure you make the walk past the hundred yard long swimming pool to to the fitness center and Spa area. It's amazing.

Exceptional Family vacation!

I can’t say enough good things about this property! The pictures don’t lie - the unit is stunning and the views are sensational! The beauty of this unit is that it’s a corner so you have views of the ocean and the river. Right in downtown so you have access to great restaurants and shops. The pool is gorgeous - and during the week it is not busy, allowing you to easily find chairs (even if you show up later in the morning like we did!) Check in was smooth and the service was top notch - Kat was our service manager and she exemplifies customer service! On our first day she helped us download apps so that we could order groceries online and she even met the delivery person to receive the groceries when we were out for dinner! WOW! I have absolutely no negative comments about our stay - everything was positive so if you’re debating whether to book, don’t hesitate! You won’t be disappointed!

Better than advertised

I’m so happy that I booked this condo for a girls trip to celebrate my birthday. The pictures don’t do it justice. It was immaculate and high end. The check in process was smooth and the security measures were appreciated. The views from every room were amazing especially at night. It was an easy walk to Brickell City Center and a convenient Uber ride to South Beach. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Views, Views and More

If you love city and water views you get the best of both worlds here! The city lit up at night is wonderful, watching the boats and automobiles wisk by is cool. The condo itself is spacious with plenty of storage. The master bedroom has a comfy bed and I spent every evening in the jetted soaker tub. So relaxing after a full day of activities and there is no shortage of hot water that's for sure! My advice on the condo for improvements; the condo is starting to show its age and can use some paint touch ups on door hinges (hall bath rust) and the living area furniture isn't the most comfortable (low profile design). Having my morning coffee on the balcony required me to hold the cup as there isn't a little table out there. The shower in the hall bath can use a shower shelf system to hold the bath wash and shampoo while showering. All small stuff thats not a deterrence from renting this space again. The condo was loaded with plenty of linens, water and a bottle of wine, thank you for that, and the site manager, Kat, was efficient in check in and responsive. The property is under the Miami Vacation Rentals group, and next time I'll rent directly from them and save some change on booking fees.
