  • This fully furnished, 1250 square foot newly renovated 2 bedroom 1.5 bath Residential condo sleeps 6. With views of the ocean and pool, this unit is your home away from home. Ideally located on Hollywood Beach, this Condominium provides a peaceful atmosphere, free from busy crowds. Exclusive beach access and is just a close distance away from high-end shopping, great dining, top entertainment and cultural hotspots. There are nearby racetracks, casinos, fun-filled parks and more. The unit has full kitchen with stainless steel appliances with large Refrigerator, Dishwasher, Oven/Stove, Microwave Oven, Keurig Coffee Maker and all necessary Kitchen Accessories and utensils, granite counters, modern furniture, broadband internet wifi in the unit. Cable TV in each room provided.

    Bath and Beach Towels, Beach chairs and Sunshade are provided.
    Bedding includes New Pillows, Duvets and Linens
    Walmart, Ross, Walgreens, and many other shops are located at less than half a mile.

    Aventura Mall is a 10 minute drive from the Condo

    Please Note:
    Washer & Dryer NOT inside unit - It is on the same floor near the elevator. Should you want to do laundry, you will need to purchase a card and add funds to use either machines. This can all be done at our Front Desk. Also, The windows in the both bedrooms do NOT open as they were sealed shut by the building after the last major Hurricane.

    Guest access:
    In order to have an access to the amenities in the building you have to get electronic fob at the office. Cost of a key FOB is $30 / 2 Adults. Operating hours is Mon - Fri 8am-6pm, Sat - Sun 9am-5pm .

    POOL :
    The pool closes at sunset and opens at sunrise. You are not allowed to use the pool beyond those hours. No balls or floating devices allowed in the pool at anytime for the safety of other guests.

    ADDITIONAL FEES: To be paid by CREDIT CARD ONLY - No Cash Payments

    Laundry - Pay per Use Washer/Dryer Located near elevator on each floor

    Self Parking available for a nightly or weekly fee - Building Management handles all parking

    Preferred bookings - Monthly Rentals from January to end of March

Overall, the property is very nice. The apartment itself was in wonderful shape and the view of the pool and ocean was beautiful. The check-in process was inconvenient because you have to go into a cramped room to get your key fob, but it's not a reason to not book. We were also a bit surprised the boardwalk was 2-3 miles away. You just need to know that restaurants and shopping are a short Uber or long walk away. However, overall, this is a great place to rent where you will be very comfortable.

There was no heat. Had to use 2 electric heaters and had to use beach towels to keep warm. There were no wash cloths. Never been to a hotel or rental that didn’t have wash cloths. The manager of the unit was very nice and was helpful.

Great Stay

The check-in process with Elcio was very easy. He was just a phone call away and made sure we were well informed of the property. The condo was very clean and perfect for our stay. It was nice to have the beach chairs and the cooler at our disposal.

We loved everything about our stay. The condo was beautiful and very spacious. When we arrived, we were met and given instructions and even helped us with our luggage. Loved having coffee on the balcony with a beautiful view of the ocean. The pool was very nice but a little disappointed they closed early around 7 PM There is a publix just down the road and a lot of great restaurants nearby. Having laundry on every floor was nice as well. I will definitely be back. this was really a perfect location.!

Pleasant location!

Our stay was really nice overall. The unit was clean and tidy and had a feeling of crispness. The location and view were terrific! The pool was a good size and there were plenty of pool chairs and also ample space on the beach out front. I think that the living room could possibly use a little more seating, but overall was still a great stay. I would stay here again!

Amazing host and condo

Everything we could have needed or wanted was in the condo for us. Beds were very comfortable and condo was very clean. Anna was quick to respond and very easy to communicate with. We definitely recommend this condo to anyone coming to the Hollywood Beach area.

Beautiful property and helpful host

The apartment was just as advertised. The pools and beach were perfect. We had a minor issue with the shade and it was fixed immediately. The check in process is tedious but I do feel like the host explained this and it is probably the same way for the whole area. It was the only somewhat stressful part of the entire stay. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at Anna’s condo . Thank you for sharing it with us. The views from the balcony are breathtaking and the condo was very clean, spacious and comfortable. Elcio was a great help when we checked in. We will definitely be going back .

Excellent Location!

My kids and I stayed at this property for 3 days in the sun. We were a 30 second walk to the beach and pool and enjoyed an awesome view of the beach from the balcony. This vrbo had all the beach chairs and towels to make it even easier to enjoy the water. The kitchen was very clean and stocked for cooking. All other rooms also clean and spacious. Quiet property. Had a great time and everything we needed.

A stay very much enjoyed!

The accommodation was great. We arrived and everything was so put together and homey. We were able to do a lot in the apartment such as cook with the stove and microwave as well as counter space. The big closets and many drawers were convenient for laying our clothes out and staying organized throughout our stay. My favorite part was the spacious living room area that led to a balcony with a view of the beach. The sounds of the ocean were immensely relaxing and my family of four thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Perfect Beach Stay

Anna and the property manager Elcio were so great to work with. They were very accommodating with our arrival and again with our departing flight schedule. The condo was super nice and clean and had a good view of the pool area and beach. Everything you needed for your stay was available, including household essentials, along with beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach towels. The location was perfect, not too crowded, nice beach area, and was centrally located to grocery stores and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again.

Great Place!

Everything was great. From the time we met and checked in with Elcio until we left, everything went well. Communication was wonderful. We had a small issue that was taken care of, literally within minutes. The place was clean and exactly what we were hoping for!
