  • Esta totalmente amueblado, 1.250 pies cuadrados recientemente renovado de 2 dormitorios 1. 5 baños condominio capacidad para 6 personas. Con vistas al mar y piscinas, esta unidad es su hogar lejos de casa. Idealmente situado en la playa de Hollywood, este lujoso condominio de bienes raíces ofrece un ambiente tranquilo, libre de multitudes ocupados. Acceso exclusivo playa y está a pocos minutos de las tiendas de gama alta, un gran comedor, la parte superior de entretenimiento y puntos de interés cultural. Hay hipódromos cercanos, casinos, parques llenos de diversión y más.

    La unidad tiene cocina completa con electrodomésticos SS con refrigerador grande, lavavajillas, horno / estufa, horno Micro Wave, cafetera Keurig y todos los accesorios de cocina necesarios y utensilios, encimeras de granito, muebles modernos, wifi de banda ancha de internet en la unidad. TV por cable en cada habitación proporcionado.

Overall, the property is very nice. The apartment itself was in wonderful shape and the view of the pool and ocean was beautiful. The check-in process was inconvenient because you have to go into a cramped room to get your key fob, but it's not a reason to not book. We were also a bit surprised the boardwalk was 2-3 miles away. You just need to know that restaurants and shopping are a short Uber or long walk away. However, overall, this is a great place to rent where you will be very comfortable.

There was no heat. Had to use 2 electric heaters and had to use beach towels to keep warm. There were no wash cloths. Never been to a hotel or rental that didn’t have wash cloths. The manager of the unit was very nice and was helpful.

Great Stay

The check-in process with Elcio was very easy. He was just a phone call away and made sure we were well informed of the property. The condo was very clean and perfect for our stay. It was nice to have the beach chairs and the cooler at our disposal.

Pleasant location!

Our stay was really nice overall. The unit was clean and tidy and had a feeling of crispness. The location and view were terrific! The pool was a good size and there were plenty of pool chairs and also ample space on the beach out front. I think that the living room could possibly use a little more seating, but overall was still a great stay. I would stay here again!

Amazing host and condo

Everything we could have needed or wanted was in the condo for us. Beds were very comfortable and condo was very clean. Anna was quick to respond and very easy to communicate with. We definitely recommend this condo to anyone coming to the Hollywood Beach area.

We loved everything about our stay. The condo was beautiful and very spacious. When we arrived, we were met and given instructions and even helped us with our luggage. Loved having coffee on the balcony with a beautiful view of the ocean. The pool was very nice but a little disappointed they closed early around 7 PM There is a publix just down the road and a lot of great restaurants nearby. Having laundry on every floor was nice as well. I will definitely be back. this was really a perfect location.!

Perfect Beach Stay

Anna and the property manager Elcio were so great to work with. They were very accommodating with our arrival and again with our departing flight schedule. The condo was super nice and clean and had a good view of the pool area and beach. Everything you needed for your stay was available, including household essentials, along with beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach towels. The location was perfect, not too crowded, nice beach area, and was centrally located to grocery stores and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again.

Excellent Location!

My kids and I stayed at this property for 3 days in the sun. We were a 30 second walk to the beach and pool and enjoyed an awesome view of the beach from the balcony. This vrbo had all the beach chairs and towels to make it even easier to enjoy the water. The kitchen was very clean and stocked for cooking. All other rooms also clean and spacious. Quiet property. Had a great time and everything we needed.
