THE SPACE:

LIVING AREA:
As you enter the condo, you are greeted by a spacious and elegantly furnished living room. Two cozy sofas are arranged to create a warm and inviting atmosphere, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. A large flat-screen TV takes center stage, offering entertainment options for your leisure.

Adjacent to the living room, you'll find a charming dining area. A stylish dining table and chairs provide the ideal spot for enjoying meals with friends and family. Whether it's a hearty breakfast or a gourmet dinner, this area sets the scene for delightful culinary experiences.

BEDROOM:
The bedroom is a serene sanctuary designed for ultimate relaxation. Featuring a queen-size bed with plush bedding, this room promises restful nights of sleep. Another TV in the bedroom offers entertainment at your fingertips. The bedroom also opens up to a private balcony where you can sip your morning coffee or unwind with a glass of wine while enjoying the fresh coastal breeze.

Costa Hollywood Beach Resort offers additional luxuries on its premises. The rooftop pool and Jacuzzi provide an oasis of tranquility, allowing you to soak up the sun while enjoying breathtaking views of the surroundings.

BEACH:
The private beach, just steps away from your condo, offers a serene escape where you can bask in the sun, take leisurely strolls, or simply relish the beauty of the coastline.

(Fees mentioned below have been provided by the resort and subject to change without prior notice):

- Security deposit of $100 (refundable upon check out)

•⁠ ⁠RESORT FEE OF $40 + tax per night by the building front desk, The resort fee will include: 2 beach chairs (3rd party company - Boucher Brothers). Pool and Jacuzzi access, and WiFi throughout the property.
•⁠ ⁠ONE-TIME REGISTRATION FEE OF $56.50.

*Please, note that an umbrella is not included and cost $25 (one-time-use).

!!! PARKING:
Valet parking $42 + tax per night.

Any early check in needs to be confirmed with hotel cleaning directly through the front desk. Pease search for “Costa Hollywood” to find their phone number.

***Late check-out fee is $80 for 2 extra hours based on availability and must be confirmed with STAY TODAY representative at least before 1 day check-out.

*** NO WASHER/DRYER IN BUILDING AND UNIT.

****For any additional cleaning services requested by guests, the cost will be covered directly by the guests.

- BUGS & CRITTERS: Please note we routinely spray the property for bugs and insects, however if you do come across any little critters please keep in mind that Florida is a sub-tropical climate. To help prevent this, keep the doors closed.

- Kindly note: the unit offers sufficient amenities for a short-term stay, and we encourage you to discover nearby supermarkets, shops, and plazas to replenish any additional items according to your preferences, taste and needs.

- Please note that smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property as well as on balconies or backyards and front yards of houses (if applicable). To maintain a smoke-free environment, we enforce a strict no-smoking policy. Any violation of this policy will result in a penalty of $500. We appreciate your cooperation in keeping our space enjoyable, healthy and safe for everyone. Thank you for your understanding.
