The Space:

Havana5 comes with one parking space included and there are two access points to enter the apartment - from the back parking lot and from the main entrance of the building. The kitchen and bathroom are equipped to accommodate 8 guests, and the sofa bed can be prepared prior to arrival should you require the additional bed. For longer stays, laundry is available on-site and can be accessed using the back entrance of the apartment – all common areas as routinely cleaned and monitored. The natural light and cozy living space provides guests with a memorable experience. A quick entrance from the parking lot to the apartment door ensures minimal contact with other visitors and safe, clean hallways.

The Neighborhood:
Little Havana is the cultural hub of Miami. It is best seen on foot, which is easy from our place as it is only 2 blocks away from the infamous Calle Ocho. The best part of Little Havana is its proximity to Brickell City Centre, Miami's newest luxury outdoor retail center. Havana5 is a 5 minute drive from Brickell City Centre with restaurant that are open for all hours of the day providing delivery and take-out. Popular dining options in Brickell City Centre include Casa Tua, Pubelly Sushi, and Tacology.

Getting Around:
Accessing our place is easy! If you are arriving with a car, park in the back lot of the building where you will find the back entrance. If you are being dropped off, open a series of gates that lead you to the front entrance. In general, Little Havana is best seen in the daytime by foot along the famous 8th Street better known as "Calle Ocho," but bike and scooter rentals are available just minutes away in the Brickell area and can be used to explore Brickell and Downtown. The Miami Metro is an easy way to explore Miami beyond Little Havana and Brickell - the Brickell Metro Station is a 7 min ride away.
