- At arrival, the front desk staff will verify everyone's identification and issue a key FOB. This FOB provides access to the building, condo, and shared amenities. A complimentary parking card will also be issued for use at the garage across the street.

- Before departure, guests must check out with the front desk and return the key FOB.

- Missing key FOBs incur a $50 replacement charge.

- Missing parking cards incur a $100 replacement charge.
