All documents must be legible. ***Must be 21 years of age and older to book, no exceptions as these are building requirements. No third party bookings unless agreed by StayCozy. If you're booking on behalf of others please let us know prior to your booking. ***Please note that depending on your length of stay, a full building application for residency is required upon booking. Application requirements are, but not limited to former residency, employment status, SSN, references, and other personal details. Building application must be filled out within 24 hours after the booking is confirmed.
OCCUPANCY RULES Building Management has strict occupancy rules. 4 adults only (16 years of age and older) plus 3 children. There are no exceptions to the occupancy amount. Please make sure your total number of adult guests reflects your reservation and the building requirement
NO SMOKING No smoking of any kind is permitted inside the condo only. Smoking is permitted on balcony with all doors shut. If suspected of smoking guest will be charged the whole amount of security deposit.
CHECK IN Check in is strictly 4pm to 10pm and it is done by us and building. If your flight is delayed and if you are coming after 10pm we have to be notified immediately.
CHECK OUT The check-out is 11am.
LUGGAGE STORAGE Luggage storage is possible with a bellman that can hold your luggage for $3 per suitcase before and after your stay if needed. Please plan you arrival and departure times accordingly.
MISSING DEVICES FROM APARTMENT If any streaming devices or remotes are missing from our apartment after your departure, we have a right to charge you $100 per missing item.
LOST ITEMS We are not responsible for any items left behind. Please make sure to check that you have removed all personal belongings at departure.
PARKING RULES *** $160 fee for one parking spot for entire duration of your stay. Parking request must be made right after booking and no later than 24 hours before check in. *** If you wish to park more than one vehicle, parking fee for each additional vehicle is $250 per month *** $48 daily valet fee is also available and you pay directly to building each day.
