This fabulous 2 bedroom 2 bath high floor unit, is over 1,200 square ft. of living space with nice balcony, balcony and direct view city and ocean. King size bed in master, double queen beds in 2nd room - Fully equipped linens and towels and house wares. - Flat Screens TV`s in the living room and in the bedrooms. - Washer and dryer, inside the unit, dishwasher machine in the kitchen. -High Speed WI-FI Internet. -All the amenities of the building, pools, jacuzzi, gym. 1 free parking spot included
The gym, pools, jacuzzi, game room, sauna, children room and more are located in the 14th floor, they are open from 6:00am to 11:00pm. The pools are open from sunrise to sunset.
The trash chute is in the middle of the east hallway of each floor, behind a wide white door.
For the free parking pass (only 1 car per apartment): Please request for a parking pass at the lobby when doing the check-in. The cars license plate, model, color and year will be needed for the pass. The front desk will explain to you how to get into the building garage and how the parking floors work.

The description for this listing is falsely advertised, it states there are flat screen tv’s in the living room and bedrooms. Which is why I booked, considering I was traveling with my kids. Upon arrival there were no TV’s in the bedrooms, there is only 1 television for the entire apartment in the living room. Miami was cold for the first few days so we were inside more than expected, it was difficult to share a single television for adults and children at the same time. I reached out to the host about this issue multiple times as I was extremely frustrated with the way the condo was advertised, but received no response from the host regarding this issue over the course of our 5 night trip. On top of that the furniture and carpets are extremely worn, dirty and major cleaning and maintenance need to be upheld within this unit. Save your money and book elsewhere, do not book this unit!

The place was immaculate and stunning. I am giving 4 stars because of the parking conditions. The parking spot is on the higher floor and it’s a very steep slope up and down. We had to be extremely careful while taking out the car and brining it back in.

Do not stay at this property

The lobby is nice and check in was fairly easy. As on as we walked into the property, we could tell it was not clean. Started looking around and there was hair everywhere on both bathroom floors, very thick dust on the fans, and nothing smelled or felt clean. I told my family that we would stay atleast one night and regroup the next day because we had an event to go to that night. When we got back to the apt at 1:00 in the morning and starting pulling beds back, the sheets had hair and dirty places all over them… on all of the beds! I called VRBO immediately and they attempted to call the host. It was 2:00 am by We ended up leaving the property and getting a hotel in downtown Miami.

Stay in Brickell

The stay was awesome! Perfect location and had everything I needed within the condo. Great views and close to everything in Brickell. Owners were very helpful through the process and was ready to help me in case I needed anything. Highly recommend!
