U Graduation Weekend

We had a great stay. The apartment is in an amazing location and everything is very safe and secure. Sydney was easy to communicate with and even left a basket of snacks, which the kids loved! Thank you!

Nice apartment, good communication

The condo itself is comfortable, in a small (relatively) building, lovely pool (water was hot), clean environment.Brickell is a noisy area, so do not expect much calm inside either. We had a smooth check in, Sidney, the manager, was a lovely person. However, the condo must have been cleaned a long time before our arrival, dust was everywhere and we cleaned it ourselves. The washer and dryer are so old, you don’t feel like using them. We had to clean the terribly dirty filter before using the dryer. The furniture and decoration is very cheap, but that didn’t bother us. There was only one cup when we arrived, kitchen wasn’t really equipped. We asked Sidney and she immediately bought 4 cups and a kettle. Otherwise, the building is safe and everyone was friendly.

Location is great but not the rest...

The location is definitelly great in Brickell district, but many issues: Communication was not good (I had to send multiple message to get an answer at booking), we had a leak in the bathroom, we had our feet on water during all our stay and the issue has not been fixed (someone came 1 hour before we checked out the appartment), the system of digital key is awful (we had to register each guest, download an app, create an account and request access to the management, definitelly not an easy process), and the kitchen is poorly equiped (1 mug and 1 spoon for a 4-people appartment and even not a deep pan to cook pasta). It's more an appartment to sleep and explore the city.

Nice condo only steps from downtown Brickell nightlife and restaurants

Booked a stay here for 1 night prior to leaving for a cruise. Didn't get to use many of the amenities but everything looked nicely kept. The condo overlooks the pool which looked very nice. Condo was a good stay for what we needed it for. Check-in was easy and the location is great. 2 blocks from city center with tons of restaurants/nightlife. One thing I will say is that you can hear every plane that takes off from MIA and also the train across the street.
