The design is inspired by a tiny home. Private Studio which includes 1 private bathroom and kitchenette with laundry facility in the common corridor.
The lobby of building, hallway with laundry machines and pool area are common areas. Complimentary beach chairs and umbrella at the beach kiosk located on the beach facing the building using the private beach pass provided with your stay.

Anita is super responsive and had plenty of information available for us. The studio apartment is in a fantastic location, only steps away from the beach, close to restaurants and shops The parking situation was made easy by Anita and was a real plus. The studio apartment is small and could use some upgrades, the bed was very comfortable. Overall, if you are planning to be outside most of the time this is an excellent spot to be at a very reasonable cost

Excellent location, easy access, decent pool, very good beach access, coffee machine is a bit tricky to operate. Value for money is always a matter of opinion, and it is South Beach after all. Easy access to cruise port.

This is a cozy studio space with just what 2 people need. Amazing access to beach and with a nice pool. Close to so many things in south beach, we had a wonderful stay and our hosts were very helpful and responsive, thank you!

Amazing stay. The host Anita was incredible! Very professional and proactive communication with details and step by step how to park & check in. The apartment is on a beautiful wide open beach with anything you could need a 1-15min walk or drive. I walked to Publix and my truck after dark and felt very safe. I was surprised at how well equipped the kitchen was and how thoughtful the host setup the room. The bed is like sleeping on a cloud and I travel a lot and usually struggle with pillows but these were exactly the way I like. It’s not a big space but plenty for 1-2 people and you’ll want to be outside anyway but it still feels comfortable. The shower was hot & had great pressure. This particular unit has a washer/dryer just outside for convenience too. I’m planning a much longer stay in the spring and hope to stay with this host and building again. I brought my own beach lounger but you may be able to get them complimentary and they looked great. Really glad I found this place and really bummed I was only in town for one night.

A Great Spot

This condo is located right on the beach and very close to bars, restaurants and the nightlife...sunsets were my fav and I enjoyed watching the cruise ships sail out too!PS - Luis (property manager) and Fernando were SUPER!
