Our stay was great. The after hours check-in process was a bit clunky and the fees for the keys and parking was unexpected. The view was amazing, the accommodations were perfect dor us, and the condo was very well stocked with spices, dishsoap, trash bags, and coffee.

STAY AWAY - master bath shower is useless and has zero water pressure. DO NOT RENT THIS ONE!! Master bedroom (beach view room) has FAILING A/C. We were forced to all sleep together in the other room, despite having paid for a 2 bed/2bath unit. We notified Host in writing on day 1 and instead of fixing the issues he asked us to cancel and find another place. TERRIBLE HOST. And then strung us along the entire week, we finally had to give up and we went back home early.

This was a great property. The property manager was very responsive to some minor needs, helping in a timely manner. My one suggestion would be that it was not previously reported there would be a 90.00 charge for fobs to enter and exit the facility. Also, the wrist bands issued are understandable , however other places we’ve stayed the bands could be removed. All in all, a very well appointed rental, with all you need provided for a pleasant stay.

This unit has it all!

We have stayed at The Tides several times. This unit was our favorite. They have everything you need while you’re away from home. Definitely hope this unit is available on our next visit.

Right on the beach; Place needs a little attention

The best part of this property is its location. Right on the beach with a view of the ocean from the 15th floor balcony. From there it goes downhill: - Coffee maker did not work - Some of the electrical outlets (one for the TV) did not work - Blender only had the base (no pitcher) - Not much to do (restaurants/bars) within walking distance - One used sponge in kitchen; no dish cloths - No shampoo/body wash

Met every expectation!

Thank you for a great hosting. The location was excellent, host support and communication were also excellent. I would definitely stay here again. FYI there are some fees for parking and security key fobs to access building charged by the Tides property at check-in that you will encounter, but they are refundable deposits.

Condo Process

The condo itself was very nice. It was clean and had needed supplies. The property manager was easy to reach when I had questions (I had a lot because nothing was described to us). There were a lot of undisclosed fees. We had to pay $75 to park for the week and another $20 for a parking pass (deposit that we got back), plus laundry fees ($1.85 for each cycle, so $3.70 to wash and dry one load). There were no instructions on how to register; which was an awful process. We had to go to the building next to this one, and list everyone who would be in the condo with us, then we had to wear plastic wristbands all week. There were SO many rules for the building, like no luggage on the elevator (had to use service elevator; which was out the majority of our stay). No beach bags or floatation devices in the elevators, no grocery carts, etc. Only 5 people max on the elevator, etc. Some condo instructions would be beneficial. Like, where to empty the trash, where the laundry is located, what needs to be done before we leave the condo, etc. If you are looking for a condo directly on the beach, the facility was clean and people were friendly. It was just a lot more restrictions than we are used to in a rental. Thank you for allowing us to stay.

This property had everything we needed for our one week stay. The unit is in a great location being at the end of the building. The easy access to the pool and beach were both perfect for our young kids.

Wonderful stay at beachfront condo

My husband and I stayed the month of February. The condo was beautiful and the view from the master bedroom was spectacular! The condo was even better in person than the pictures. Would definitely stay again.
