Seacoast Suites is an oceanfront property located in mid Miami Beach, on Collins avenue between Indian Creek Bay and the Atlantic Ocean. We are minutes North from South Beach’s famed clubs & restaurants, and a couple of miles South from The Shoppes at Bal Harbour and Aventura Mall. However, the best part of this location is the beach front access, just a walk downstairs. Building amenities include: swimming pool, gym, spa(by appointment) and tikki bar open 7 days a week as well as restaurant open on weekends from 8am to 1pm. 2 Beach and pool chairs per suite are included based on availability .

Each unit comes with a kitchen including a dishwasher, oven and a microwave.

Check in time is 4pm and check out time is 10am .For any request like crib, early check-in/ late check out please contact Seacoast Suites.

Self parking is available for $30 daily on Site. Package storage fee $5

Our stay was ok. We had a great time in town and we were very close to south beach, which was awesome. It was great that we had front desk to call daily. However, the pictures are not realistic. The pictures are definitely a bit photoshopped. The ocean is absolutely not front and center. There’s a large construction site right outside the window banging daily and the ocean is hidden in the corner very far away. There is a very small tv in the living room area and no tvs in the rooms. Wash cloths are not offered in the bathrooms(only upon request). But overall, we enjoyed our stay.

The property on poor condition, doesn’t look like the pictures at all, no appliances in the kitchen,microwave old and rusty, carpet dirty, the ace smells, rust in the corners. ….. we didn’t stay , it was clearly bait and switch, doesn’t look lime the pictures at all.

Not recommended for overnight stay

The view was beautiful, and the room was clean; however, the furniture did not match what was shown in the photos. The kitchen had a few basic dishes, pots, and utensils, but lacked essentials like salt and pepper, paper towels, dish soap, or dishwasher detergent. There was nothing available to actually clean the dishes, so we had to resort to using hand sanitizer.It seemed that the TV had been removed from the primary bedroom, though there were TVs in the living room and second bedroom. We were only provided with bath towels in both bathrooms. I returned to the front desk to request more towels, I was informed of a policy requiring guests to exchange used towels before 3:00 PM each day. I explained that we had just checked in, and they eventually gave us exactly five face towels but refused to provide any extras for the following morning.We arrived around 4:30 PM which was too late to use the pool or beach services, and the restaurant was already closed. With check-in at 4:00 PM, there's little opportunity to enjoy the amenities for a one-night stay. For this reason, I would not recommend this hotel for short visits.

I was very disappointed with my stay at this condo. The photos posted online were not an accurate representation of the actual unit. The pictures showed a modern, updated space with an ocean view, but what we arrived to was very different: everything was old, dated, and worn, and there was no ocean view as advertised.When I brought this up with the owner BEFORE I booked, they insisted the photos were accurate, but that was not my experience. I feel misled and would not have booked this unit if the listing had shown the reality. It’s frustrating to feel like you didn’t get what you paid for.I recommend future guests clarify details with the host and ask for recent photos before booking.

Not all bad but wouldn’t stay again

Outside areas were beautiful with nice pool and the beach was very close and easily accessible. However, there were many unusual rules that inhibited enjoying our time there as well as hidden fees. This unit was not as advertised and not at all well stocked for daily living. Minimal pans, dishes and silver ware. No kitchen towels, paper products or cleaning products. Slow response from front desk and property contact person regarding questions, however most issues resolved fairly. Floors were not clean but the rest of the place was pretty clean. This is an older property so looks less clean. Staff was not very friendly.

Overnight stay

We stayed overnight before our cruise. This is a little older building but the view is amazing. Served its purpose. Bed is comfy. Only problem was not a single pot or pan to cook with. Overall I would definitely recommend this place.

Short stop before flight

Thankfully, this was just a short stop before our flight. Location, check in and parking were as advertised but the room itself was minimally equipped and not as pictured. Couch was super uncomfortable. They were double beds (not Queen) in both bedrooms, no hand soap, no dish soap, no face cloths.A 3-star at best.

Our room was way outdated. The floors/carpet were dirty, the beds very hard and just over all an old feeling. Beach area is very nice BUT there are not many restaurants or shops to walk to at all. I was charged a 60 parking fee and 120 extra person fee even though I had NO parking or extra person. I was able to get this refunded. I would not go back to this location.

This place is a dump.

The whole building is dirty and run-down. Tons of deferred maintenance. The rooms have virtually no amenities. You get a bed and a towel and that is it. They have a restaurant/lounge, but we did not dare eat or drink there.
