Seacoast Suites is an oceanfront property located in mid Miami Beach, on Collins avenue between Indian Creek Bay and the Atlantic Ocean. We are minutes North from South Beach’s famed clubs & restaurants, and a couple of miles South from The Shoppes at Bal Harbour and Aventura Mall. However, the best part of this location is the beach front access, just a walk downstairs. Building amenities include: swimming pool, gym, spa(by appointment) and tikki bar open 7 days a week as well as restaurant open on weekends from 8am to 1pm. 2 Beach and pool chairs per suite are included based on availability .

Each unit comes with a kitchen including a dishwasher, oven and a microwave.

Check in time is 4pm and check out time is 10am .For any request like crib, early check-in/ late check out please contact Seacoast Suites.

Self parking is available for $30 daily on Site. Package storage fee $5

No check-in details were provided so we had to call to get that cleared up. The restaurant on property closes right after lunch so dinner is not an option. This property is not near any shops / restaurants so a car / rideshare / the bus is needed for any entertainment. The pictures are not completely accurate - yes, this is a larger space but VERY outdated and worn. Used toiletries from multiple stays prior to us, were still put out for use (shampoo, etc). The main concern was the HVAC. Yes, Miami was unseasonably cold but the apartment was not in a livable condition. The inside temperature remained between 53-57 degrees our entire stay. This was mentioned to the front desk and told maintenance would be by. When they didn't come, we called the front desk. They advised to speak with housekeeping for more blankets though housekeeping was already closed. Finally on day 2, we were advised there is no heat in the building and they are not required to have any???? We had to purchase several blankets ourselves from Target just to keep warm. The stay was simply miserable. VRBO raised our concerns to the property owner (a company, not an individual person) and they still remain unanswered. We did not receive the value paid for this stay, at all. I would absolutely not stay here again.

The apartment is in a good location, the front desk staff made a photo copy of my credit card which is not cool. The beds were comfy but there was no washcloths and the coffee pot is broken. We improvised but for the money would stay somewhere else.

Very spacious and beautiful views! Location was good. Staff was friendly! Great for families!!! *Cons- kitchen and utensils could have been cleaner (not commercially, but a quick wash of dishes/fridge would have been great). Also, no dish washing soap or paper towels.

We enjoyed our stay here, I know there are a lot of mixed reviews but ours was pleasant.We arrived early and hung out at the pool until we could check in early (with no fee). This property is a little older, but it was fine for the price. It was not crowded which is what we enjoy. The beach is right there and the reservation came with 2 chairs, would have been nice to come with 4 - you do have to pay for the extra chairs and the umbrellas.We stayed in 12A facing the bay, the apartment is very spacious and comfortable. A couple of things I would have preferred: dish towels and dish soap in the kitchen, wash cloths in the bathroom, and 3 blankets (there were only 2 blankets for 3 beds). The A/C in the larger bedroom worked but was not as cold as the rest of the apartment.It is centrally located and there are good restaurants nearby. Overall this was a great stay for my husbands birthday and would recommend.

Great location

This place was clean. Beautiful view. Nice pool. The beach was great. Not much to eat around here and only minimarts to gather supplies but nice and quiet for families and enough away from the south beach madness. free trollies all the time.

NO Necessities Provided - No Communication

No check-in or parking instructions provided pre-check in. I reached out to the owner on two occasions on the day of check-in, asking for instructions to gain access to the property. She only responded days later, after we figured it out on our own. What we needed to know is that it's like a hotel, where there's a front desk that checks you in and provides keys. The property was very nice, the view from the balcony was amazing! The building is older but well kept.My only real complaints are 1. Not enough blankets, no wash cloths or dish towels, and only 1 roll of tissue per bathroom for a whole week stay.The restaurant on the property wasn’t open a lot of the time, so we had to eat elsewhere for all but 1 meal.

Excellent location & great accomodations

We really enjoyed our stay here. The apartment is very clean and comfortable. The views of the city and water from the front balcony are great. The beach was beautiful and not overly crowded. It would have been nice to have a little better stocked kitchen, but overall, it was a great value, and we loved our time here!

Vue splendide

Très bon séjour de 3 nuits dans cet établissement. Appartement spacieux de 2 grandes chambres pour 6 personnes et bien équipé avec vue sur la rivière et les buildings de Miami illuminés le soir. Par contre, donnant sur le boulevard très fréquenté, c’est bruyant. Privilégiez donc un appartement vue mer. Le trolleybus se prend juste en bas de l’hôtel, pratique pour se rendre à Miami Beach sans voiture. Bien situé sans les nuisances nocturnes de la ville. Une remarque : ce serait bien d’installer sur le balcon qui est très long une table plus grande et plus de chaises pour pouvoir y déjeuner. Une bonne adresse pour des vacances réussies.
