Guests will check-in at the Residences via Front Desk.
There is a mandatory FOB of USD $40 for every two guests charged at check-in. This fee can only be paid by credit or debit card. This grants access to common areas like seasonally heated pool, gym, room with entertainment area, . If you have a car, there is valet parking for $20/night.

Other Things to Note:

There was a little issue with checking in due to the wrong code, but that was quickly resolved. There were no doors on the showers, which was not disclosed in the description of property. But, overall, it was a great convenient location that was close to everything.

Pros: Communication, booking and check in process were smooth and efficient. Overall clean to the surface (but deteriorating). Supplies (toilet paper, dish soap etc) helpful. New living room Furniture from photos. Pool was clean. Location is idea and a quick walk to the beach. Walmart within walking distance. Cons: ROAD Noise = POOR sleeps. Corner unit on road and thin walls. Pictures are not up to date (and amenities worn). Windows did not seal properly in main bed room. Kitchen sink faucet squealed with trying to run any water. Kitchen equipment was lacking and or previously not cleaned. Both bathrooms are missing a full panel of glass making for messy showers. Pealing vinyl to cupboards making it unable to open some. Bunk bed ladder tied on with rope and not secure. Clogged sink in bathroom. Fixtures loose or lacking (toilet paper holders etc). The unit needs much maintenance!!!! Overall for the price paid, and outdated appearance - I did not feel it was worth it. Communicated some essential maintenance issues on arrival. They quickly acknowledged concerned but during 6 days - no one came in to repair.

We needed 2 bedroom and space. This wasn’t exactly a spring break vacation. My parents were in the trauma unit at a local hospital and we just needed somewhere to sleep. The beds were comfortable. I noticed some things were dated and needed some freshening up.

Great location! Right on the beach! Appartment gets lots of road noise. Mattress to soft for over 50 so is the sofa! tv is good service!washrooms and towels are good. Kitchen functions fine, but needs tee towels dish soap salt and pepper and a strainer for pasta or what ever. Please leave more dish washer soap and or soap for hand washing plates. All and all we had a good time apartment is huge. We would stay again.

This was an affordable place to stay however there were quite a few significant issues my guests and I experienced, only one of which was resolved: 1) I was never given/emailed the code to enter the condo, I had to call after check in which thankfully the host handled in a decently timely manner. 2) The fees are ridiculous. You have to pay PER NIGHT for each vehicle in the buildings parking lot ($30 a night). You also have to pay for fabs to enter the building (you are required to buy 1 fab per 2 guests which is ridiculous, an additional $35). 3) The amenities minus the outdoor pool (pool table, ping pong, and foosball table which was broken) are only available until 10PM and only one guest room can reserve them at a time and has no limit to the amount of time they can reserve it for. My guests and I were only able to use the amenities for one night out of our entire stay due to these ridiculous rules and limitations. 4) The room was incredibly outdated and the master bedroom reeked of mold. One of my guests had asthma and was incredibly sick (coughing) by the end of trip. I would guarantee that was due to the mold in that room. Everyone commented that the room smelled of mold. 5) The front desk was incredibly abrasive and for a condo and their behavior was not professional or welcoming whatsoever. With all of this in mind I will say again that the host was good at calling back promptly however given all of the negatives I could not recommend this rental.

Location was good with a direct access to the beach,which is very convenient with kids.Pool was ok for kids,small area.The condo was nice though there are couple things I need to mention: shower door was missing in both bathrooms,there was only 1 door:) It would be great if kitchen had more supplies like grater,newer pans.Overall,I enjoyed.Thank you.

We enjoyed our stay. We found the coffee pot a little too small (2 cup) for the three of us so we purchased a larger one and left it. The cookware really needs updating and no bakeware at all.. cookie sheets, casserole pans or cake pans. Plenty of glassware, knives and silverware. The location of the condo was fantastic. There were places close enough to walk to and other places that were just within a few miles. The management team were quick to respond to a few questions. I would definitely recommend.

O apartamento é bastante espaçoso, apesar de ter apenas 2 quartos. Estava llimpo e organizado. Vários utensílios domésticos. Cozinha equipada. Camas confortáveis. Banheiros ótimos. Estado de conservação muito bom. Praia ao lado. Piscina aquecida. Bom custo benefício.
