Toilet paper, garbage bags, and basic toiletries will be provided for the guests at the beginning of the stay. It will then be the guest's responsibility to provide for these for the remainder of their stay.

You’re just a short drive from the sandy shores of Sunny Isles Beach and minutes from Aventura’s shopping, dining, and entertainment scene, including Aventura Mall. Grocery stores, cafes, and everyday essentials are all nearby, making longer stays super convenient.



A unique highlight is the nearby canal access, giving the neighborhood a laid-back waterfront vibe. You may even spot boats passing through, and private pick-up or drop-off by water can be arranged, adding a nice touch for guests looking for something different.

Other Things to Note:

➤ The property is equipped with both heating and air conditioning; however, i cannot guarantee that you will achieve a comfortable temperature if your preference falls outside the range of approximately 63°F to 77°F. Additionally, due to the nature of short-term rentals, where guests may frequently come and go, i cannot promise 100% uptime, as some guests may inadvertently push the systems beyond their capacity, necessitating repairs.



➤ Unfortunately, I can't offer a bag drop-off service. For those arriving early or having a late flight, you can use bagbnb site to find options to drop off your bag for a fee.



➤ I am not responsible for lost packages. If a package arrives at the property while you’re away, it will be returned to the sender. Please make sure that if you are ordering a package, you will physically be there to receive it, as I will not be able to track it for you.
