"I paid for a family suite with a king bed and was put in a tiny room with 2 queen beds and was not even offered some kind of a reimbursement, I’m very disappointed and will not be staying again. And to top it all off, they didn’t even have fitted sheets on the be. Also a cup of coffee cost $4.50, it wasn’t even good coffee….."

"The staff was amazing! There were a couple room issues we brought to the staff's attention, which they handled promptly. The bed was comfy. Room was great. The only downfall of the room was how loud the AC unit is when it kicks on...unfortunately I'm a light sleeper and woke up almost everytime it turned on. Overall, I would recommend."

"The door that went to the next room you could see the light around the door and hear everything from their room. The beds in our room this year were old and not very comfy and the pillows were half the size of a normal pillow. We have stayed at this hotel in the past and never had any issues until this year."

"The music from the bar across the street was so loud you could feel and hear the bass in our room. We were told it would end by 10 which it didn’t! The pillows were literally 12x12 in. The breakfast choices were a waffle or a frozen jimmy dean breakfast sandwich. Disappointed."
