I would not recommend staying here. While the location across from the park is great and the traditional Mexican style and furnishings are cute the apartment needs work and the management was not great. First of all, check in and check out are very strict. We paid $80 to be able to check in early but when we arrived the key was not in the lock box and it took over an hour to get in. The management also only responds and on WhatsApp - I had tried reaching out on Expedia and vrbo and got no response. The apartment doesn’t have central heat or air so it feels very cold inside regardless of the temperature outside. They provided a small space heater but it was not enough for any room really. The bedroom was also loud because it’s right next to the street. When we were there the water would not get hot and when I told the company they couldn’t confirm when someone would come by to take a look and we had to let them come when we weren’t there. They came and changed nothing so we continued to have to take lukewarm showers and wash our face with cold water. The sink in the bathroom also leaked everywhere and the outlet in the bathroom wouldn’t work. We later discovered outlets in the kitchen also didn’t work. This property needs a lot of TLC that this management company isn’t doing. On the day we checked out someone arrived to clean the apartment 30 minutes before our checkout time and literally stood outside the door the whole time until we left making sure we were gone on the dot.
