The Space:

At DIB Collection, your overall well-being is our priority. Our modern two-story loft with one bedroom awaits you, featuring an incredible private terrace garden and a bright ambiance. This beautiful loft has been built with an open and minimalist style within a historical 1910 house.



Rest in the cozy space of your queen-size bed, with Smart TV, high-speed wifi, and 1.5 bathrooms at your disposal. The kitchen is equipped with Teka appliances, including a refrigerator, microwave, stove, and dishwasher. The elegant Corian shower and ample closet space are just some of the touches that will make you feel even more special.

Upon arrival the front door entry code will be provided to you. Digital pad key entrance to lofts will be the last four digits of cell number. For your peace of mind all door handles will be disinfected per new entry.

Other Things to Note:

As our guests, you will receive the necessary amenities during your stay including towels, shampoo, soap and a complimentary welcome kit that includes bottled water. We hope to make your stay memorable.



- Cancellation Policy

• Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked between 30 and 14 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking. After that, a 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refund after that.



-Additional Fees

• Late checkout (until 12 PM) will be charged a 20 USD fee (Plus Tax)

• After 12 PM will be charged an 89 USD fee for a one-bedroom loft and a 99 USD fee for a two-bedroom loft (Plus Tax)

• A commission of 3.5% will be charged for payments made through card payment terminals.
